In recent years, Cowudao has been used by Taichung Municipal government, surrounding commercial facilities (Chengpin, fantexi, audit new village ）Driven by this, it has rapidly become a place for Taichung citizens to visit and punch cards for tourists at home and abroad.

However, most of the buildings around the Civic Square in the center of Caowu road are old buildings that do not conform to the development of the area. Qinmei Chengpin green garden road was originally built in 1996 as the Guangsan dadiwang building (three hundred goods sold in large quantities).

The parking lot was set in the middle floor, and Chengpin was stationed, It improves the original appearance.

The first stage of design puts forward the possibility of using the idle space in the process of urban development. The second stage of design puts forward the high-rise building proposal under the overall consideration of urban design

PartⅡ45° Hotel The high-rise building is designed to cooperate with the surrounding business district. The low floor is planned as a shopping center. The high-rise building responds to a large number of tourists and is designed as a hotel. The 45 degree angle is chosen for a better vision of the surrounding area, but also to explore the power of the building itself.
