Threat of Environment It is hard to believe that so many animals are endangered or threatened. Some animals get endangered from their own species, from pollution, threat of environment, or diseases. Animals don’t do anything harmful to us, so we have to find a way to help them.

Trashing and polluting the ocean.

The main reason why animals become extinct so quickly is the threat to their living environment. Humans cut down trees, and other things in animals habitat to build houses and buildings. And then, animals lose their homes.

Without their home, they don’t have anything to warm up or protect them.

Human destroy Humans are threatening animals in several ways. One of the ways is because some animals threaten human beings, so the people hunt those animals for revenge.

Another reason is because humans adopt animals and then sell them to the cities as their pets.

A third reason is pollution is made by humans by driving cars and big trucks, that also cause some animals to die.

Endangered For What?

Fin whales are endangered because people want their oil and meat to eat.

People kill elephants because they want their beautiful tusks, also poaching them.

Sea turtles get extinct because people go underwater and tie the sea turtles up to keep them as pets.

Amur leopards are endangered for their beautiful fur, the fur are also being sold for $500 and $1,000!

How Can We Help?

Some of the soldiers part of the “anti poaching brigade in the Lazovsky State Nature” are keeping track of the Amur leopards to be careful that nobody is poaching the leopards beautiful fur.

In a launch called WWF, they agreed that humans will stop poaching and killing black rhinos and increase their population, the population before was 2,410 and now, it raised up to 4,880!

Now that you’ve learned how animals are endangered, maybe you can get a chance to help those homeless and sick animals!

Humans are poaching and threatening their environments, making polluting animals, so how can we help the animals?
