1 year ago I said to myself, “Spark you need to do something different for business and connect yourself to this city 4 real. My artist Sasha needed promotion and so did I, all the newspapers were too expensive so I decided to start my own newspaper and i did. It wasn’t easy, nothing rewarding is, but it was doable. I started with about 10 stores and am in over 100 now. I started no advertisers in the 1st paper and only a few in the 2nd but now we’re a full design agency with about 30 clients, imagine that. We are still reaching out to the many people we have yet to cover, we’re working to be bigger, more distributed, more events and hire more writers this next year. With so much work building up on the car stereo end he had to open up his own shop. So he did and it was an abandoned old Sunoco gas station.
