Our inclusive school offers a setting where each learner can develop into a self-assured, driven, and resolute young adult.

OUR LEARNING SYSTEM
More parents are opting for online schools that provide greater transparency, better-individualised attention, and deeper learner participation as they no longer seek to put up with the rising expenses of private school education and the subpar learning outcomes in public schools. Virtually, 21K is revolutionising the K–12 experience. A four-pillar framework is used to transform physical space into virtual space while enhancing learning.

OUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Central to the success of 21K school is the creation of a platform that enables efficient running of the institution through digitisation and automation of all academic and non-academic operations.
Besides organising resources, events, and personnel, the management frames coherent policies and procedures, not just for the smooth functioning of the school but also for realising high standards of learner performance.

LEARNING CULTURE
What we learn during our foundation years influences the way we see the world, and the communication we have with one another. Here, we believe in collective efforts and collective efficacy even as we celebrate cultural differences.
Our school is an inclusive and learner-centric organisation, constantly driven by innovation and thought leadership.
We engage learners in a technologically advanced academic environment, fostering critical thinking and persuasive argumentation, boosting communication skills, and promoting intellectual maturity.

Not just that, we also encourage clear and open communication and celebrate achievements and good behaviour of learners.
Our learning sessions are backed by expertise and time-tested evidence that are primarily focused on improving pupil outcomes.
PERSONALISED LEARNING

“One-size-fits-all” education is losing its relevance, given the proliferation of online learning platforms that serve customised programmes for learners. At 21K School, when learners perform tasks, the data generated from work is instrumental in understanding the pace of their progress.
Our academic staff takes into consideration strengths, interests and weaknesses of each individual and creates a unique learning experience for them.
Central to our learning system is programme customization, pupil attention span and reactions, thus helping the faculty members to modify their teaching methods for maximum reach.
PARENT ENGAGEMENT
Understanding that parents often face difficulties monitoring the progress made by their children academically as well as personally, we have decided to make their lives somewhat easier by providing them with a detailed feedback report from time to time.
Not just this, we also take special efforts to occasionally organise parent counselling sessions by experts.
Parents and staff at 21K work in partnership in respectful and mutually supportive ways to create an environment, where children Exchange of information between parents and faculty members home are responsive to his or her needs.

BEYOND SYLLABUS
We strive to ensure the holistic development of every child at 21K school. As part of that endeavour, school authorities arrange various programmes and activities for pupils, allowing them to explore their potential beyond academics, and learn teamwork and problemsolving skills.

SOCIETAL DEVELOPMENT:
At 21K, we seek to hone the inherent talents of every pupil, and encourage them to work on their weaknesses by engaging them in a wide range of activities, including community services.
organisations, and together, we have created a platform for children to serve the less privileged, and, in the process, develop a sense of social responsibility.
21K school prepares its pupils for challenges that are not restricted by geographical borders.
Our institute values divergent thinking, realises that free play is also crucial for students to develop problem-solving skills and most importantly recognizes the fact that education may often transcend classrooms.

SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMME:
A unique basket of activities is offered to all 21K School pupils Grade 1 upwards – typically for about 30 days straddling the months of April and May, excluding weekends.
Activities are generally skill-centric and connected with realworld experiences. Pupils can choose an activity as per their interest and aptitude, but such has been the inclusivity of our programme that, often, they take interest in cross-border programmes such as international art exhibitions, robotic championships, and dance fests.

Sessions are conducted by professionals and experts from diverse backgrounds.
At the end of the programme, they are made to prepare a presentation, giving all details of their experience, the lessons learnt and the activities undertaken.
21K SKILLS LAB:
Learners who wish to pursue their interests and hobbies beyond school hours are encouraged to join the 21K skills lab - a ground for practical learning in any field of choice.
Every child has one or the other hidden skill, which, if nurtured well, could open up more than one career opportunity for him or her after graduation.
Simulating real-life experiences in a safe and secure environment, under the supervision of experts can often promote critical thinking and reasoning skills in pupils
Learners here are encouraged to engage themselves in one or multiple activities, ranging from photography, drama & theatre, and public speaking to art and craft and pottery.

COUNSELLING
Professional counsellors offer one-on-one confidential support to our children, as and when the need arises.
