Announcing our Sports and Activity Partners

We are connecting local Sports and Activity Centers to individuals of all ages across India with a mission to provide opportunities for sports education, recreation and competition. Through this initiative, we now have over 70 centres in 20+ cities signed up and aim to increase this number to 500 before the end of 2023. With access to these resources and guidace from talented mentors, there is no limit to what can be achieved. Indian Curriculum

21K School offers the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum for Pre- Primary (Nursery, KG1 and KG2) and follows the National Curriculum Framework of India from Grades 1- 8. The Senior School Programme under Indian Curriculum is offered through NIOS as a Private Candidate. The Habits of Mind (HOM) embedded into the 21K curriculum is a tested, proven curriculum for creating strong learners and educators. Researched and developed by Arthur L. Costa and Bena Mallick, Habits of Mind are an identified set of 16 problem solving, life-related skills necessary to effectively operate in society and promote strategic reasoning, insightfulness, perseverance, creativity and craftsmanship. While traditional learning has its place, we believe it's also essential for students to develop skills that will help them succeed in the real world. Social & Emotional Learning

Social and emotional learning is an integral part of education and human development. To achieve this goal, we:

Community and service activities like food donation drives, visits to orphanages and senior citizen homes, tree plantation drives, etc., develop the self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills. Emotional skills within 21K school is consolidated by having guidance sessions with school counselors, peer-buddy programs focusing on mindfulness and wellbeing, counselling, talk sessions on SEL, Cyber safety and security and group therapy sessions. It is the aim of 21K School to focus on social and emotional competencies with an awareness that these are going to be the principal core competencies of the new age.

Special Education Needs

21K school offers students a variety of experiences to develop their skills and build on their socio-emotional experiences. As our school is inclusive, we can accommodate students with varying special needs. Our programme is structured so that all students, with or without difficulties, have an equal opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish. The following are the services to students with special needs based on their needs.

Counselling Interventions - The counselling department provides individual and group counselling to students with special needs within the scope of the action plan developed. Remedial services - An approach to teaching that aims to bridge the gaps in learning by using modes/techniques with which the student is comfortable.

Concessions - Assistance during assessments and concessions gauged based on the needs of the students.

Consultation - Offers an opportunity to parents to reach out to the counsellors and seek their support all year round.

Advocacy - Working with all the individuals in the child's ecosystem to have a comfortable and happy year ahead.

At 21K School, our calendar is constantly full of exciting activities. Student's Learning Kit is a physical set of textbooks and workbooks for use throughout the academic year. This is essential for written work and practice. Parents will get the Kit at their residence on enrolment and after payment of the Kit charges.

Our Digital Learning Platform is a revolutionary way to personalise learning. 96% of our parents report that they have a good sense of their child's academic progress and accomplishments. Starting next academic year, our school will provide its students with a unique email ID that includes the name of their beloved school. Summer School Programme is a unique offering to all 21K School Students from Grade 1 onwards. As the name suggests, Summer School Program is offered only during summer, typically for 3-4 weeks in April/May, excluding weekends. The International Benchmark Test (IBT) results, organised by The Australian Council for Educational Research, show how the students have reached the highest academic performance standards. Students from grades 3 to 8 of 21K School participated in the IBT 2022 for English, Science and Mathematics. More than 200+ students bagged certificates of high distinction and honour; 20+ students even attained a national distinction. The average score of 21K School students grade-wise was well above the national and international average compared with schools in India and internationally that attempted the test.

We have a dedicated team whose sole responsibility is students' success in digital learning. The team assists the parents with administrative queries, connect the parents to the teachers, and practically does all the heavy lifting internally to provide a seamless experience to the parents and the students. To ensure that the student can have a smooth onboarding experience and continued support throughout the year, we have technical experts who are available over the phone, Whatsapp, and Email support. And most importantly, to cater to the holistic development of the students, we have counselors who support the students based on requests from parents or teachers (post consent from the parent).
