Industrial Designer by graduation, can’t feel nothing but gratitude for the staff at my alma mater, Federal University of Parana for all the sweat. That being said, last year, for whatever reason, got super into online learning, went wild and studied some out the mile courses like Chinese Philosophy at HarvardX and Bioethics at University of KyotoX. Can’t say I don’t apply that knowledge on my daily job, though.

Legend has it I know precisely 73% of the words on the Portuguese and Spanish dictionaries but I do not trust those old tales. English is IELTS certified but of course I have a hard time evading to speak with my Sofia Vergara Accent. Baby-level japanese is on my skill set too, probably.

Yesterday did an internship for the universally acclaimed Studio Furf, crafted at Ye, the comfiest atelier, wrote for the juggernaut Saatchi Gallery’s Artmag and published some funky comics. Today I occupy my time teaching at Casa Blanca University and designing for Florim.

I am indeed, enjoying my ride so far. Thanks for asking. Ok, that’s enough talking about me, let’s talk about me

Purview of prima materia harvested by the own maker. Alongside my students at Casa Blanca University (thank you guys), we identified every kitchen as a potential silver bullet against the industry’s longlasting sins. Collecting and crafting recipes for bioplastic, resins, fibers and whatever your hands can get dirty by the pan. We documented, on simple steps-by-step cooking book, ways for anyone replicate materials locally, and afterward, showcasing projects by the authors using aforementioned materials, to inspire any reader to back to the kitchen. The imporance of the producing material, the primordial essence of what is, that’s Simasia, borrowed from the greek. Publishing pending.

Genderless clothing for children, looser fits to make sure they don’t outgrow so easily their textile partners. Super resistant fabrics for the daily riot that is a playground and now, as I join the team, the clothes don’t only allow the children to play freely, they are becoming the game itself; Capes and mask join the rooster of products to spark the imagination - and protect from the harshness of the winter. Almost forgot, the plushies are made out of the leftovers of the fabrics. Gotta push the material to the very limit!

of course we did shirts

and stickers

On the cotemporary underworld that is 2k17 and, alongside the apathy of existig for 12,000 years, the Anti-Christ`s latest incarnation questions her own predetermination. Bubblegum Anti-Messiha #1 is a self-publised, 40 (recycled) pages comic book created by Bianca Bail and yours truly. Showcased on different distribution channels like fairs, cafes, art galleries and federal incentives, this comic has been translated from the original portuguese to english and spanish (Korean version on the works)

everything is fine in Heaven but that’s none of my business

Have a hard time differentiating books from stair steps.

Clarencio en las Nubes (Clarence in the clouds) is a playful stair-like bookshelf. Every ‘step’ have a little intermission, allowing any content to outgrow the bookshelf itself. And most importantly, allows the Clarencios (the little birdies) to rest and separate properly the contents of the shell on the cutest way possible

Squishy concrete. With a little help of algae-based bioplastic, this dessert-like tuffet deliciously overcomes the hard-cold, boring stigma that the innocent concrete has being casted since the dawn of time! Working both materials together, this curious furniture transforms the most mundane of the task into a fun, absurd experience.

On my free days, I upcycle some seat belts from the dumpsters and make some super safe, fools-proof custom Guitar straps Of course adding some extra cotton on the shoulder to relieve the pain and burden of playin’ a super-heavy super-funky Bass. feel free to order one 4 your inner Chuck Berry.

All the scars and marks are part of the project, At Ye, we found that to be truth for both peope and purses.
