welcome from Qually-T Welcome to our 2nd annual female production sale. We still strive for the most productive breeding that will work in both the purebred and commercial end of the spectrum. Everything is a lot different this year, but the cattle industry is still strong. We have selected these bred heifers for the sale this year from a group of 50. It is hard to part with this group of ladies but we are confident that they will go out and work for anybody’s herd. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call.

With all the members of the family contributing. When visiting the farm, you sure do appreciate the commitment they have to the Limousin breed. They are the largest Limousin breeders in Canada with over 300 purebred cows working at the farm.

This year we have cut down the number of bred heifers available for your appraisal. We have increased the commercial bred females’ section of the offering this year. When touring through the females this fall, the consistency of the herd comes to mind. I was able to select the best-bred heifers for this very special sale.

Qually T Limousin select top end bulls from breed leaders over the years and also use a heavy A.I. program to create new genetics for their herd. A true testament that keeps the lineage fresh for their customers.

T e r m s a n d c o n d iti o n s VIEWING OF CATTLE Viewing of cattle at the farm can happen any day leading up to the sale; call ahead please. Cattle will be displayed at Saskatoon Livestock Sales, Saskatoon, SK from Friday November 27 to Sale Day. TERMS OF SALE The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable par at the sale location. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement, no invoicing on buyers in attendance, unless previous arrangements have been made. All cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions set forth by the Canadian Limousin Association.

BIDDING Every animal entering the sale ring will be sold to the highest bidder.

DISPUTES In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision of all disputes is final.

ANNOUNCEMENTS All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue.

Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay close attention to any such announcements.

BREEDER’S GUARANTEE & PREGNANCY INFORMATION All serviceable age females have been pregnancy examined by an accredited vet, giving an estimated length of gestation. This estimated gestation period shall be used only as a guideline to calving and is not a guarantee of actual service.

DNA TESTING DNA testing the coupons in these females is the responsibility of the new owner if there is a discrepancy.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Limousin Association unless otherwise stated. A certificate of registry transferred will be issued to the buyer after the full and final payment has been made.

TRUCKING Please do bring your trailers to the sale as all cattle will be leaving the Auction Mart Sale Day. Please do make Prior arrangements if unable to bring a trailer. Cattle can leave anytime from Auction Mart as Long as paid for with the clerks. We will also be coordinating trucks the next day if we need to do so. All costs are to the purchaser.
