As music communicates through melody, dance conveys ideas through bodily expression. The dance has existed since prehistoric times, as a form of social rite, little by little it evolved to become a form of entertainment and an important part of social gatherings.
The first is ballet and contemporary, which expresses delicate emotions, with its transparency, the delicacy it represents and its movements that reveal an incomparable lightness.

It is also important to clarify that ballet was the first art style that reached the professional and entertainment field. The second is Latino, which is made up of styles that are born in Spanish-speaking places, these dance genres would be salsa, tango, and flamenco. These dances communicate more intensity, a lot of color, and elegance.

The need to improve sustainability of the Jesús Nazareno neighborhood, through the urban and architectural modifications. It seeks to increase the density of housing in the sector, and generate greater mix of activities and neighborhood facilities.
The developed housing project is mainly aimed at two users, who usually inhabit the same environment, but handling roles totally different;Undergraduate students, Teachers/Workers/Graduate students, either who live alone, as a couple, with family, or with pets.

In the middle of the university campus, a building emerges that goes beyond its function. Equipped with a triple-height entrance hall, this space is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the first moment. Inside, a double-height architecture workshop stands out, whose glass walls frame a panoramic view of the sports area, thus nurturing the creativity of future architects.
However, this building is not limited to work; at its highest point, an amenity space provides an opportunity to relax and socialize. In short, this building not only seeks to inspire collaboration and innovation among architects in training, but also provides a space in which the mind can flow freely and find rest when necessary.
