To apply for an Investor number, you're needed to fill out the Investor Number Request Form and submit it with your hand, stamp and the needed attestation. This is open to people of all ethnicities, located anywhere in the world. You can register yourself and fill out the online form via eServices on the Dubai Financial Market website. Alternatively, you can visit the Customer Services Affairs office at the DFM trading floor, which is open from 0800 am to 0200 pm, Sunday to Thursday. This is the quickest way to get your Investor number, as it's reused on the same day. A third option is to hire a broker and submit your form and needed documents to them. They will gain your Investor number from DFM. APPOINTING A BROKER
