Thoreau Hills has turned out to be a very sought-after neighborhood for buyers moving out of Boston and Concordians looking to move out of their starter homes. The search for a bit more space is often a reason to renovate or move. Capes, Ranches and Village Colonials are homes that can often be less than 1800 s.f. in Concord. Many buyers on their search for their first home end up in that portion of our Concord housing stock. I am thankful it is there and it certainly serves a terrific purpose.
