The Zürich Tourism Convention Bureau is your local partner for all questions related to your event. We support you from bidding through to implementing your conference, meeting or event. Our services and our network are at your service.

Bidding. We can support you in your bid to host your conference in Zurich with professional destination marketing (e.g. with a tailor-made bid book or PowerPoint presentation).

Advice. We would be happy to put you in touch with competent service providers such as conference venues, hotels or professional conference organizers.

Venue intermediary. We can prepare a customized offer for you with current prices and options. We will then be happy to help you make your selection.

Hotel room allotments. Do you need a larger number of rooms in and around Zurich for your event? We will gladly find the desired level of accommodation and manage it for you.

Site inspection. Following the offer, we will be happy to arrange a tour to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Advertising material. We would be happy to provide you with a range of advertising material such as photos, films, brochures and city maps of Zurich. Your event participants can prepare for their stay in Zurich with informative destination brochures.
