The municipal manager of the Vhembe District Municipality (VDM) has 90 days to ensure that Makhado (Louis Trichardt) has running water on a daily basis between 04:00 and 10:00 and 16:00 and 20:00. This was ordered by Judge Tshifhiwa Maumela in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on 16 May. Civil rights organization AfriForum lodged an urgent court application, following VDM’s failure to supply water in terms of a Court Order to that effect, dated 2 October last year. This time, however, the municipal manager is personally held accountable for ensuring the water flow to town. While the court was in session, taps in parts of Makhado (Louis Trichardt) once again ran completely dry. Mr Steven Jansen van Vuuren of Douthwait Street said on Monday that not a single drop of water had come from the taps in his house for the past 10 days. Other residents experience a trickle of water now and then. AfriForum members who were in court were surprised, however, to hear VDM’s lawyer insisting that they had fully complied with the original Court Order to supply water to Makhado (Louis Trichardt) and that there was no water shortage in town. After three gruelling days in and out of court, the new court order was finalized. The High Court ordered the VDM to pay the cost of the application. If, after 90 days, there has been no compliance with the court order, AfriForum will take legal action for contempt of court against the municipal manager, Mr Masala Makumule, which could see him end up in jail for 30 days. “It is disappointing that South Africans have to approach the court in order to have basic services. In 2008 het dié distriksmunisipaliteit die stootskrapers en laaigrawe ingestuur om ‘n pad te teer na die Tshamutumbu polisiestasie naby Masisi. Op sigwaarde ‘n eerbare poging, want ‘n mens wil mos vinnig by die polisie kan uitkom as die nood druk. Die enigste probleem was dat die pad verby mnr. Manie van der Westhuizen se tamatielande geloop het, met die Van der Westhuizens wat al vir jare die grond vanaf die Staat huur. “Hulle [Vhembe] is herhaaldelik gewaarsku dat hulle die oes gaan beskadig vanweë die baie stof,” het mnr. Hennie Erwee van Erwee Prokureur Ingelyf van Musina gesê.
Hul waarskuwings het egter op dowe ore geval en in 2010 is daar met ‘n regsproses begin om skadevergoeding van die munisipaliteit te eis. Die saak het tot in die Hooggeregshof gevorder, waar dit op 7 Mei vanjaar deur regter G. Webster in die Thohoyandou Hooggeregshof aangehoor is. Nadat dit aangehoor is, het die twee partye (Van der Westhuizen en Vhembe) afgestaan en tot ‘n skikking gekom. Dié skikking het op 13 Mei ‘n amptelik hofbevel geword en bepaal dat Vhembe ‘n bedrag van R450 000 in vergoeding ten opsigte van oesskade aan Van der Westhuizen moet betaal voor 30 Junie vanjaar. Verder moet Vhembe Van der Westhuizen se regskoste help dra, asook die koste van die twee uitstelle.

SBBV-lede wil vir eers net ‘n gedeelte betaal Die Soutpansberg Belastingbetalersvereniging (SBBV) het besluit dat hulle ‘n gedeelte van die geld wat hulle weerhou, aan die Makhado Munisipaliteit gaan teruggee. Die besluit volg na afloop van ‘n vergadering van lede van die SBBV op 15 Mei. Die SBBV weerhou, sedert hul verklaring van ‘n dispuut met die munisipaliteit in Augustus 2008, gedeeltes van hul munisipale rekeninge en betaal die gelde in ‘n trustfonds in. Die bedrag beloop al amper R6 mijoen. Die SBBV gaan die basiese riool- en water heffings aan die munisipaliteit terugbetaal, maar nie die eiendomsbelasting nie. Die basiese elek trisiteitsheffing word in elk geval nie weerhou nie. Voortaan sal slegs die eiendomsbelasting weerhou word. “Ons berus ons besluit op ons munisipaliteit se ordonnansie, wat verskil van die ordonnansie van die Moqhaka Munisipaliteit in die Rademan-saak. Die konstitusionele hofsuitspraak in die Rademansaak het op die ordonnansies gereageer. Volgens ons ordonnansie kan die krag nie afgesny word as die eiendomsbelasting nie betaal is nie, “ het die voorsiter van die SBBV, me. Inga Gilfillan, hierdie week gesê. Die SBBV se prokureur, mnr. André Naudé, het op 20 Mei gesê dat hulle die munisipaliteit geantwoord het dat die krag nie summier afgesny mag word as die eiendomsbelasting nie betaal is nie, maar dat die munisipaliteit eers sal moet dagvaar. Elke lid sal moet gedagvaar word. Naudé het bygevoeg dat hy en die advokaat van die SBBV, adv. Denny du Preez, na volledige navorsing ‘n memorandum oor die aangeleentheid gaan opstel. Die proses kan twee weke duur. Beide Naudé en Gilfillan sê dat die SBBV gedurig sal heroorweeg hoe ver hulle met die regsprosesse wil gaan.
“Hierdie is ‘n interim besluit. As die regskostes te hoog raak en ons voel dat die dienslewering op standaard is, kan ons moontlik besluit om die geld alles oor te betaal. Ons verweer is twee ledig: eerstens word krag nie afgesny wanneer eiendomsbelasting uitstaande is nie, want daar moet eers ‘n dagvaardiging uitgereik word, en tweedens is die dienste nie wat dit moet wees nie,” het Gilfillan gesê. Gilfillan het bygevoeg dat daar met die saak van Makhado Munisipaliteit versus Enslin en Du Plessis erken is dat hul lede se krag onregmatig afgesny is. Die tussentydse hofbevel het gelui dat beide Enslin en Du Plessis se krag aangeskakel moet word en dat die kragvoorsiening van ander lede van die SBBV se elektrisiteitstoevoer nie afgesnyl mag word nie. Die bestuurder van die SBBV, mnr. Phillip Olivier, het daarop gewys dat dit verwys na lede wat hul maandelikse rekening betyds vereffen. Die Makhado Munisipaliteit het reeds ‘n skrywe op 29 April aan die SBBV gerig om te eis dat hulle die geld oorbetaal en die tussentydse hofbevel laat vaar. Intussen sal die Stadsraad nie SBBV-lede se krag afsny tot die Enslin/Du Plessis-saak voorgekom het nie. “Die Stadsraad het toegestem tot die tydelike interdik om nie krag af te sny nie, maar hulle kan wel besluit om te begin dagvaar,” het die prokureur van die Makhado Munisipaliteit, mnr. Johann Hammann, op 21 Mei gesê. Die verwagte hofdatum vir die Enslinsaak is 27 Julie. Hamman sê dat hy nie kan sien dat die skuldinvorderingsordonnansie anders gelees kan word nie as dat dienste beëindig kan word vir enige agterstallige skuld. Hy lê daarop klem dat die Grondwetlike Hof dit in die Rademan-saak duidelik gestel het dat verbruikers hulle volle rekenings moet vereffen.

Vrae oor munisipale opkoms by hofsaal Meer as 50 munisipale wer kers het Dinsdag by die Louis Trichardt Landdroshof byme kaar gekom vir die verskyning van ‘n bekende inwoner van die streek. Die 60-jarige Eddie Luus het Dinsdag vlugtig in die Di strikshof verskyn op klag van aanranding met die opset om ernstig te beseer. Die munisipale werkers, in hul blou oorpakke van die Makhado Munisipali teit se elektrisiteitsafdeling, was daar om hul kollega, wat na bewering aangerand is, te ondersteun. Wisani Tlhabela (34) beweer dat Luus hom aangerand het terwyl hy besig was om herstelwerk te doen aan die kraglyn naby die Bandelierkop/Marapad. Tlhabela het destyds aan die
Zoutpansberger se susterskoerant, die Limpopo Mirror, vertel dat hy Luus se bakkie verbyge steek het op ‘n grondpad. Luus het met sy bakkie agter sy dogter op haar perd gery. Hy beweer dat Luus hom ingejaag het en toe hy stop, het Luus losgetrek en hom in die gesig geslaan. Luus het op sy beurt vertel dat hy in ‘n woordewisseling betrokke was met Tlhabela, omdat laasgenoemde roekeloos bestuur het en Luus se dogter se lewe in gevaar gestel het. Toe Luus later ‘n klag van roekeloos bestuur teen Tlhabela by die polisie wou aanhangig maak, is hy gearresteer en moes hy ‘n nag en ‘n volle dag in die polisieselle deurbring. Tydens Luus se hofverskyning Dinsdag het die Staat
aangedui dat hulle opdrag van die Direkteur van Openbare Vervolging gekry het om Luus te vervolg. Luus kon sedert sy arrestasie nog nie daarin slaag om ‘n teenklag teen Tlhabela te lê nie. Luus se saak is uitgestel tot 3 September vir verhoor. ‘n Navraag oor die groot opkoms van munisipale wer kers wat tydens werkstyd by die hof opgedaag het, is aan die Makhado Munisipaliteit se kommunikasieafdeling gerig. Munisipale woordevoerder mnr. Louis Bobodi is gevra of die munisipaliteit die amptenare amptelik versoek het om by die hof te wees, en of die amptenare uit hul eie besluit het om hof toe te gaan? Teen druktyd was daar nog geen antwoord ontvang nie.

Die voortdurende toename in die getal renosters wat gedood word vir hul horings het ‘n bekende jagplaas van die omgewing genoop om gif in sy oorblywende renosters se horings in te spuit. Eckland Safari’s het in April hierdie jaar een van ‘n handjievol plase geword om hul renosters se horings met gif in te spuit. Die plaas self is een van die grootste wild- en jagplase in die Soutpansbergstreek en is geleë naby Masekwaspoort. Die behandeling is die nuutste wapen wat boere gebruik teen renosterstropers. Volgens die jongste statistiek is 313 renosters landswyd reeds sedert die begin van die jaar vir hul horings doodgemaak. Op 12 April het stropers drie van mnr. Wulf Schwerdtfeger, bestuurder van Eckland Safari’s, se eie renosters op sy plaas Miss Emily in die Bandelierkop-omgewing afgemaai vir hul horings. Net een van die drie renosters se horings is nie verwyder deur die stropers nie. Dit was juis hierdie hartseer insident wat die eienaars van Eckland aangespoor het om pro-aktief op te tree en al hul renosters dié behandeling te laat ondergaan. Hulle het die Rhino Rescue Project genader om te help met die behandeling. Volgens Susan Walley van die Rhino Rescue Project word ‘n ektoparasietdoder, bestaande uit ‘n mengsel van parasitiese gif en ‘n helderpienk kleurstof, in die renoster se horings gespuit. Hierdie mengsel is skadeloos vir renosters en ander diere, maar kan mense siek maak en in groter dosisse selfs dodelik wees vir mense. Al word ‘n behandelde renosterhoring fyngemaal, sal die pienk kleurstof steeds duidelik sigbaar wees, wat mense sal waarsku om dit nie te gebruik nie. As daar wel mense is wat dié renosterhoring sluk, sal hulle verskriklik naar word en selfs opgooi. Die kleurstof sal ook glo deur sekuriteitskandeer ders op lughawens opgetel word, maak nie saak hoe fyn die renosterhoring gemaal is nie. Hierdie behandeling van die Rhino Rescue Project is tans die enigste wettige behandeling van sy soort in Suid-Afrika. Die ektoparasietdoder is ontwikkel deur Ed en Lorinda Hern van die Renoster- en Leeupark by Kromdraai aan die Wes-Rand, in samewerking met veearts dr. Charles van Niekerk.
Die projek, sê hulle, poog om pro-aktief op te tree teen renosterstropery sodat geen behandelde renosterhoring ooit sy weg tot op die swartmark sal vind nie. Op elke plaas waar die projek renosters behandel, word daar prominent op die heining bordjies gehang wat aankondig dat dié betrokke plaas se renosters behandel is. Die Herns se renoster, Spencer, is tydens ‘n soortgelyke prosedure in Februarie verlede jaar dood. Schwerdtfeger is hiervan bewus, maar het verlede week bevestig dat die renosters op Eckland, wat reeds die behandeling ondergaan het, nog geen newe-effekte getoon het nie. Buiten vir die kleurstof en gif wat in die renosterhorings gespuit word, word ‘n DNS-monster gevat van die horing en ‘n mikroskyfie word ingeplant. Die behandeling is effektief vir drie tot vier jaar, oftewel ‘n volledige uitgroeisiklus van ‘n renosterhoring, waarna die gif weer ingespuit moet word.

Drugs worth millions confiscated by police Drugs with a total estimated street value of more than R20 million was seized by the Musina police over the past weekend, following several arrests. All of the arrests were made on Sunday, 19 May, at or near the Beit Bridge border post. In the first incident, the 36-year-old Kudinga Bunyabvabu from the Congo was arrested after being caught allegedly trying to smuggle a large amount of cocaine into South Africa. According to provincial police spokesperson Lt Col Ronel Otto, a police officer found the cocaine in Bunyabvabu’s possession during a routine check of travellers’ luggage. Inside one carry bag were some spools of thread. The officer decided to investigate further when he found the spools to be heavier than they should be. After unwinding the spools, the police discovered several bags of concealed cocaine with a total weight 10,8kg. A further 5,2kg of cocaine, Otto said, was discovered shortly afterwards in a hidden compartment of Bunyabvabu’s suitcase. In total, the street value of the cocaine found is estimated at R18 million. Bunyabvabu appeared in the Musina District Court on Monday and was charged with smuggling and the illegal possession of drugs. His case was
postponed until 27 May for further investigation. Bunyabvabu was not asked to plea or bring a bail application and he will remain in custody until his next appearance. In the second incident, police arrested Aefhi Abvul Mrisno (33) when he allegedly tried to smuggle heroin into South Africa from Zimbabwe. The drugs were found in Aefhi’s traveling bag inside a false compartment. A total of 2,2kg of heroin was found, with an estimated value of R2, 64 million. Another 38-year-old South African man was arrested when 17 boxes of illegal cigarettes where found in his vehicle, with an estimated street value of about R162 500. The man was arrested along the N1 between Musina and the Beit Bridge border post. Both the illegal cigarettes and the man’s vehicle were confiscated. In a non-drug-related incident, a 46-year-old Zimbabwean man was caught after he allegedly tried to sneak seven batteries over the country’s border into Zimbabwe. The batteries, according to police information, originated from several nationwide cellphone towers and are worth approximately R26 560.

Beware of SARS tax refund notifications One can never let one’s guard down when it comes to Internet scams. The latest scam is the so-called “SARS Tax Refund Notification” email doing the rounds, and while most people are aware of these phishing scams by now, there are still those who are unwittingly lured into responding to emails such as these. Their enthusiasm about getting something back from SARS, however, soon turns to horror with the realization that they have been tricked out of their hard-earned money. One such email under the heading “Important Service Notification” was recently received by a local business in Makhado (Louis Trichardt). The email read: “A payment of R4,067.14 has been made into your account from SARS eFiling. In other to process and confirm this payment, Please click here”. The email ends with an important note that the email was sent from a secure server and that recipients should “sign on” to email them. “It really looks genuine. When you click on the
link, it takes you to SARS’s e-filing front page [fake] where you need to confirm your banking details. I clicked on the option ‘Help Desk’ in an effort to contact them and confirm the email. None of the buttons works, upon which I phoned SARS directly, who informed me that it was a scam,” one of the business’ employees stated in an email to the Zoutpansberger. She said that when she tried to do a “screen capture” of the webpage she had landed on after clicking the link, an error message appeared, stating: “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. The above incident happened in late April this year. Last week, the same business received another similar “SARS Tax Refund Notification”. On 3 May, about 20 pupils from Eric Louw High School in Musina participated in the Road Safety Debate. The pupils got together after school with adjudicators from the traffic department, and after much fun and some rather tough debating, the adjudicators chose five pupils to move onto the next round. The Limpopo Department of Roads and Transport handed over the Household-Based Routine Maintenance Project to Musina Municipality on Monday. The R16,5 million expanded public works programme (EPWP) initiative will benefit 600 unemployed people, mostly from child- and women-headed families. The beneficiaries will work three days in a week on the 12-month contract. The programme is one of Government’s array of programmes aimed at providing poverty and income relief through contract work for the unemployed to carry out socially useful activities. It was launched in April 2004 to promote economic growth and create sustainable development. The work to be carried out includes bush clearing and grass cutting along the roads and patching tar roads. Of the 600 beneficiaries, 30 have been identified as a team. The selection process of the beneficiaries was solely in the hands of ward councillors and their ward committees and it was done during the municipality’s consultative processes in all six wards. When handing over the project, Mr Matome Moremi from the Department of Roads and Transport said the initiative was part of the government’s way of providing jobs and skills for indigent community members. “We are serious about taking our people out of the bondage of poverty. As a responsible government, we cannot just watch while our people do not have
jobs. We will do our best to make sure that all South Africans enjoy the fruits of our hard-earned freedom.” Moremi said the workers would be provided with tools and two sets of uniforms. “We are ready to kickstart the project and we have already finalized everything with the contractor, Vhashumi General Dealers. We have no doubt that this project will play a meaningful role in uplifting the standard of life of our people.” Mayor Carol Phiri was on cloud nine during the occasion. “This is a true reflection of what service delivery is all about. We will continue to make sure that our people are being taken care of because they deserve it. This project will go a long way in realizing one of the government’s priorities of creating job opportunities to our masses. The initiative will also reduce accidents on our roads.”

Maurits Laubser, Graad 7-leerling van Laerskool Louis Trichardt, is die nasionale wenner van die National Eisteddfod Academy se toekenning vir skeppende werk in die afdeling Graad 4 tot 7. Maurits het sy kunswerk ingeskryf as Wire Sculpture – Kickboxer en het dit geskep by die La Mia Nuvoletta kunsstudio van Angela Versari. Hy ontvang sy toekenning op 18 Mei in die Atterbury Teater in Pretoria.
Die verpleegkorps by die Zoutpansberg Privaathospitaal in Makhado (Louis Trichardt) het verlede Woensdag (15de) Internasionale Verpleegstersdag gevier. Tydens die geleentheid het sr. Penny Solms ‘n praatjie gelewer oor professionele etiket. Die hospitaal het ook van die geleentheid gebruik gemaak om srs. Lina Snyman en Lucia Mathekga geluk te wens met hul onlangse prestasies. Lina het haar MSc Diabetes graad suksesvol voltooi en Lucia is onlangs van ‘n assistent verpleegster na ‘n stafverpleegster bevorder. By sr. Laerskool Louis Trichardt eindig algeheel vierde in die finale rondte van die Limpopo skaaktoernooi. Voor is die O/13 skaakspelers, wat derde uit nege skole geëindig het. In die middel is die O/9’s (vierde uit agt skole) en agter is die O/11’s (sewende uit nege skole). Jesus het vir die mense gesê ons is verlore in sonde, en ons kan niks doen om “gekry” te word nie. Ons weet nie eens dat ons verlore is nie, totdat die Heilige Gees ons harte verander. Jesus het vir ons gesterf, Hy sal jou kry. Die Heilige Gees sal jou hart verander en aan jou die gawe van geloof gee. (2 Kor. 4:13). Dan begin jy volgens God se wil lewe. As jy reeds wedergebore is, dank God dat Hy jou gesoek en gekry het en jou gered het. As jy nie ‘n Christen is nie, vra Jesus om Sy Gees in jou hart te stuur sodat jy jouself aan Hom kan toevertrou. Hartaanval eis lewe van geliefde Bertus Vir inwoners van die Soutpansberg was die afgelope week ‘n hartseer een, met talle bekendes en oud-bekendes wat oorlede is. Een van hulle was die 55-jarige mnr. Bertus Petzer wat Saterdag (18de) aan ‘n hartaanval in Pretoria oorlede is. Bertus het dié dag deelgeneem aan die agste jaarlikse Dopperspele wat op die kerkterrein van Andeon aangebied het. ‘n Groot aantal Ge-

Hy het ook vir verskeie termyne gedien as voorsitter van Hoërskool Louis Trichardt se beheerliggaam. Vir jare was hy ook ‘n bekende in makelaarskringe in diens van talle nasionale bankgroepe. In diens van sy land het hy van die middel negentiger jare tot 2000 gedien as tweede in bevel van Soutpansberg Militêre Gebied (SMG). Op sportgebied was hy ‘n ywerige rugbyspeler en is in die laat tagtiger jare verkies tot die Verre-Noord rugbyspan vir wie hy baie wedstryde uitgedraf het as kaptein. Wyle Bertus word oorleef deur sy vrou, Risna, seuns Eben en dogters Amy, Carmea en Dehlia. Hy is op Donderdag, 23 Mei, vanuit die Gereformeerde Kerk Rietvallei in Pretoria begrawe. Ina sal onthou word as ‘n omgee-mens ‘n Omgee-mens. So sal inwoners van die Sout pansberg vir mev. Ina van Tonder (64) onthou. Ina is verlede Donderdag oorlede, pas nadat die dokter haar gediagnoseer het met hartversaking. Haar jongste seun, Douw, het haar nog die oggend voor haar dood op die dokter se aandrang geneem vir ‘n ondersoek. Daarna het hy haar weer teruggeneem na die familieplaas, Downton, waar hulle gewag het vir die uitslae. Later sou Ina dalk ook moes gaan vir bloedtoetse. Douw vertel dat hy besig was om sy ma in haar bed te help, toe sy oorlede is. “Sy was skielik net weg,” het Douw gesê. Hy het gesê dat ná sy broer en pa se dood, sy ma se gesondheid vinnig agteruit gegaan het. Sy broer Buks is op 40-jarige ouderdom in Mei 2011 in ‘n motorongeluk oorlede. Oom Vossie, tannie Ina se man en Douw se pa, is in Junie verlede jaar oorlede. “Hulle dood was vir haar baie swaar gewees ... sy het verlang en bykans elke dag gehuil,” het ‘n bedroefde Douw vertel. Ina, wat op Naboomspruit en Potgietersrus skoolgegaan het, is op 13 November 1948 gebore. Sy is op 4 April 1970 met oom Vossie getroud. Kort na hulle huwelik het hulle na Louis Trichardt getrek om te kom boer in die Schoemansdal-area. Ina sal die beste onthou word vir haar jarelange verbintenis met eers Louis Trichardt Koelkamers, daarna die Sentraal Slaghuis (waar die huidige Absa bank nou is) en latere jare met Madikor Slaghuis. “Sy was maar altyd in die vleis- en slagtersbedryf,” het Douw gesê.
Tannie Anne Bresler van Makhado (Louis Trichardt) is verlede Vrydagmiddag, nege dae na haar 100ste verjaardag, oorlede. Sy het Woensdag, 8 Mei, verjaar aan huis van haar een dogter, Naomi Stander, waar sy die afgelope 10 jaar versorg is. Die twee ander dogters, Petra Henning van Nelspruit en Monica Uys van Pretoria, saam met die oorblywende broer, Hansie Bresler van Secunda, was die naweek van 10 Mei saam byeen vir die verjaardag. Die begrafnis is Vrydag (24 Mei) om11:00 vanuit die NG Kerk Soutpansberg. Ds Rudolf Botha sal die diens behartig. Tannie Anne word oorleef deur vier van haar sewe kinders (drie van haar seuns is die afgelope drie jaar oorlede), 17 kleinkinders en 23 agterkleinkinders.
Douw het groot dank vir almal wat hom en die res van die familie in hierdie hartseer tyd ondersteun het. “Baie dankie vir almal se liefde en ondersteuning.” Wyle Ina is verlede Saterdag vanuit die NG Kerk Louis Trichardt-gemeente begrawe.

‘n Bekende oud-inwoner van Makhado (Louis Trichardt), mnr. Stan Henwood, is verlede Donderdag, 15 Mei, in die ouderdom van 77 jaar aan ‘n hartaanval oorlede. Stan het in 1957 na Louis Trichardt verhuis, nadat hy van Brittanje na Suid-Afrika geïmmigreer het. Hy en sy eggenote, Corna, was die eienaars van Louis Trichardt Diesel Services. Ná 43 jaar hier tree die egpaar in 2000 af en verhuis na Pretoria. Wyle Stan word oorleef deur sy vrou, vier seuns en ‘n skoondogter, en twee kleinkinders. Foto verskaf.

Another good finish for Team Elegant Fuel
The third round of the Donaldson National Cross-Country Motor Racing Championship was decided the past weekend at Eston. Multiple national champions Quintin and Kallie Sullwald in their BAT VENOM (pictured above), sponsored by Elegant Fuel from Makhado (Louis Trichardt), didn’t miss a beat and finished in second place 70 seconds down after 400km of racing. The second Elegant Fuel team of Hermann and Wichard Sullwald in their Stryker had a terrible time on Saturday. A puncture early on dropped them far down the field. They were then later involved in an accident while trying to pass the Regent Racing Nissan Navara and eventually had to call it a day when the car broke down in sight of the halfway service point. The Elegant Fuel Racing team is further supported by Sullwald Projects, Faith Wheels, Leatt-Brace and Fox Racing Shox. Photo supplied.
