Festive Chocolates which makes an individual life sweeter: Chocolates as we know is basically a sweet food preparation often comes in the form of a liquid or in the form of a block. Chocolates are generally made from the cocoa beans. In order to prepare a chocolate at first cocoa beans are fermented and dried then they are roasted and later the shell is removed to produce a pure chocolate which comes in a rough form. Chocolates generally come in different shapes and sizes but the most common type of chocolate is in the form of brown color alongside the vanilla.
Chocolates generally consist of primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions. The unsweetened baking chocolates are bitter in taste. Most of the chocolates are sweet in taste as it is made up of cocoa solids, cocoa butter, and various fat and sugars. On the other hand milk chocolates often contain the same items but it contains additional milk power and condensed milk as a whole. Whereas white chocolates contain only cocoa, butter, sugar, and milk.
