Based on previous conversations we have had, I have identified the next steps we take in how to properly equip and prepare your brand to not only enter this market, but to position it in such a way that it stands apart from competitors and engages new customers immediately. This document is tailored specifically for you. It will take some time for you to sift through this document and decide how we should begin, but once you decide, make sure that the box to the left of each desired deliverable is checked, sign at the bottom and we will get things moving.

Messaging is not copy; it's subtext. When our brand speaks, it must be honest, it must be inspired, and it must be singular across all mediums, at all times. The Messaging Framework provides a well-built architecture for how your brand communicates on behalf of itself; both internally and externally. In the Messaging Framework Workshop, we will guide your brand through the process of deeper self-discovery. What are the origins and inspiration for the brand? The purpose of this portion of the discussion is to migrate as much information as possible from you, to us. We cannot excel in the advocacy of your brand unless we do all we can to know it as well as you do.
The purpose of this discussion is to outline your brand's core commitments, what vision you have and what positions you will take. The impact your brand will have (Vision), how you accomplish the Vision (Mission), and the reason, or reasons, why you exist (Purpose), are all things that need to be known and defined.
This conversation will help set the table for the exercises to follow. At this point in time, what are your brand’s core values? Are they assumed or are they defined? Are they inspired by one individual or are they collectively carried by all within your brand?
We believe that connecting matters. In order to help inspire an authentic connection between your brand and your audience segments - we encourage you to do the healthy work of selfdiscovery. In any healthy and thriving connection - knowing oneself is equally as important as knowing the other. This exercise helps us both come to a deeper discovery of your brand’s origin - your soul. To help accurately understand how your brand is relevant to your audiences, we navigate the landscape or Archetypes found in literature, psychology and story; and find ourselves better understanding the role our brand plays in their life.
The Brand Deck helps you better understand your brand. Of course you know your brand, but have you ever been asked to define it? Not only will this exercise give us the ability to confirm assumptions in core values - it gives us a more intimate understanding of your brand’s personality.
This tool helps us understand more of the psychology behind customer need, which influences how we design products & services and craft copy & campaign messaging to speak directly to that need. In this canvas, we dig into the depths of your brand’s value propositions and audience segments, exposing the “fit” between what you offer and what your audience segments want.

Tri-fold brochures are a great way to pack a lot of information into a tight space. It is also a great way to illustrate the array of services and products that your business provides. We use your branding guide and other brand information to inform the of all brochure's design so that it best fits your business and engages your audience. We can also develop brand message related copy for this brochure as an additional, agreed upon cost.
We recommend 8.5"x11" 100lb Gloss Brochure, full-color (front & back). If there are other tri-fold brochure sizes, paper stocks, or quantities that you would like to explore please reach out and I can prepare and update this proposal with those options right away! Some businesses prefer a thicker paper stock for this kind of brochure because it conveys additional value to your audience.
Rack cards work great as handouts and are an extremely popular way to market a business and it's services and products.
We recommend a 4" x 9" full-color 14 pt. gloss coated cover rack card, because they sit perfectly inside any rack card holders and are a perfect promotional handout. These can also be inserted into a #10 envelope and included in any direct Mail Marketing campaigns.

Social Media is growing in its ability to influence consumer purchase behavior. Because of this, it's important to keep our brand in an ongoing conversation with our target audience segments.
We will implement a targeting campaign on either Facebook or Instagram, that will effectively funnel qualified users to the contact form on your website. We strongly believe in transparency, and because of that, we will provide you monthly reports that will disclose the overall efficiency of the campaign.

For all consultation based services (such as consulting, messaging frameworks and brand strategy workshops, etc.) we invoice half up front, and then ask for the remaining half at the point of final project presentation.

For all design related services (including graphic design, social media development, SEO, PPC, etc.) and media buying (radio, TV, digital etc.) we invoice the full cost of the service and set a 15 day payment deadline.
100% Pre-Pay
For all design projects that include print production, we invoice the cost in full during the first invoice of the project.
All completed work that is paid in full will be provided to client at their request, in native file format including fonts, design elements and any purchased stock images. Client owns in full all completed and paid for work. Completed websites will be transferred to client including backdoor credentials. If client desires to transfer domain or requires any other web transfer assistance, all information will be made readily available.
For all design related projects, if the project's design rounds exceeds the number of round established within the agreed upon proposed price, each additional round of edits is invoiced at the design hourly rate. It is up to the discretion of Zonion Creative Group to lower any additional design related cost based upon the design needs of a given project.
We accept checks, money orders, cash and of course you may pay by credit card or ACH. A 3% credit card charge will be invoiced for credit card payments.
Zonion creative sets all projects on a 25-day timeline. Depending on the urgency of the project, this timeline can be shrunk to accommodate for client needs. Please read through the "Client Content Deadlines" below, as they are required in order to ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion.
