Welcome Message Dear Sir / Madam, With great joy we invite you to participate in the 1st Chinese European Congress of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery taking place in Beijing, China, from October 27th to 30th, 2011. For the first time European Plastic Surgeons join the Chinese in organizing together a major Congress in Beijing. Besides IPRAS (the Global Organization of our Specialty) and ESPRAS (the European Section) this event enjoys the strong support of the European Society of Preventive, Regenerative and Anti-aging Medicine, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the American (ASPS), the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery and the European Society for Laser Aesthetic Surgery (ESLAS). This has never happened before. The program includes all aspects of tissue engineering with state of the art research presentations, all aspects of reconstruction of congenital anomalies, trauma sequelae and reconstruction after tumor surgery. We also are going to present liability and malpractice issues, practical suggestions, how to set up a successful Plastic Surgery practice and how to optimize internet representation and of course the full range of aesthetic surgery. The Anti-Aging part of our program will not only cover hormone replacement and nutrition, but also an update of the latest research of skin aging and prevention programs. Indications for laser treatments will be presented in cooperation with ESLAS, the European Society for Laser Aesthetic Surgery. We are happy to announce that we could recruit an outstanding faculty from all over the world with top specialists and researchers. It is more than certain that this Congress will attract a great number of colleagues from all over the world (we anticipate 300-400 International participants and 400-500 Chinese participants). This is because, in addition to the high quality scientific program in which international renowned teachers are participating, China is an attractive ever growing country with great achievements in every aspect of life including science and technology. Most of us wish, not only to participate in an event of such quality, but also to be exposed and get to know a country with a long history, unique culture and great contribution to the world since time immemorial.

Exhibition Terms Exhibition booths space is available in units of a minimum of 6 square meters (2x3m). The fee for the space rental excludes booth construction and utilities cost and includes free announcement of the exhibitor company in all congress publications. Exhibitors are free to use their own booth material, provided that it fits the booth dimensions, as well as their own booth construction crew. The Congress Secretariat can offer a standard booth construction which will consist of aluminium frame construction, open ceiling with walls of 220 cm height, fascia, carpet, table, chairs, garbage basket and one spot per 3 square meters. Each exhibitor must complete the “Exhibition and Sponsor Interest Form” and send it to the Congress Secretariat. Right afterwards the exhibitor will receive a contract including the floor plan where the exhibition booth will be indicated. Exhibition space will be provided on a “first come first served” basis. In case that an exhibitor requests a location that is not available, the exhibition manager from the Congress Secretariat will assign space as close as possible to the preferred location. Exhibitors wishing to avoid being assigned space adjacent to that of a particular competitor should indicate this on their application.
