Zia is a UAE-based Architect with over 13+ years of experience in hospitality, residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure, and recreational building projects.
Zia attended Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai University where he received a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in 2012. Sir J.J. College of Architecture is Asia’s first architecture college founded in 1857 and ranked the best architecture college in India for the 5th year running India’s Top Professional College 2018 by Outlook survey.
Upon graduation from the University, Zia worked with architectural consultants for over 13 years as an Architect. During this period he has gained experience in designing, building technology, and construction on a wide range of buildings. Zia has the ability and knowledge to work on a project from the conceptualization stage to the construction stage, having successfully delivered projects individually and along with a team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Zia has an understanding of all the details related to architecture.
