The Growing Drops project aims to bring people from different age groups together. Each of them comes here to learn something new and develop their potential Therefore, the project offers a large area with different spaces suitable for different activities: lectures, music, painting, sports and more.
The building is located near the S-Bahn station St. Marx and Rennweg and is therefore easily accessible by various means of transport.
The long construction site and the difference in height of the surrounding buildings led to the finding of form and the determination of lightness and a clear supporting structure as the main features of the design
The name of the project symbolizes the different people (drops) that enter this building and immerse themselves in a new world (in the water) that helps them to expand their knowledge.

"... The Unit - A high performance factory is based on the concept that to counteract urban proliferation in Simmering. Due to the linearity of the structure is based on one axis, in which case the S-Bahn route, so that no existing volume is lost - on the contrary, even more space is created - and at the same time a huge open and green space is gained. The Unit is not just a linear city, it is a 1 kilometer production line, a 1 kilometer research facility, a 1 kilometer living space, a 1 kilometer memory, a 1 kilometer machine. A megastructure that enhances the workable quadrant in Simmering and has ripple effects throughout the city in many ways."
* The project won the Pfann-Ohmann Prize for best graphics at the Technical University of Vienna in 2021.

Heldenplatz 1
Bachelor thesis WS 2021/22
Supervisor: Manfred Walzer, Adam Sherman
The project is a proposal for a museum of Austrian history, located in the center of Vienna, on Heldenplatz. With the new building comes new changes to the plot, which had to be in line with the other buildings. One of the main problems of the place is the lack of connection between it and the other gardens around, Volksgarden and Burggarten. They are separated by a street full of cars, which may not be needed in the future. My proposal was to extend one of the gardens, the Volksgarten Thus, the two gardens are connected and form a large park, in the center of which remains an empty space that does not disturb the view of the main landmark of the place: the Hofburg and allows various demonstrations
The facade of the building strives to match the style of the place, as the main elements in it are the emphasized vertical columns and the windows of the roof in the form of arches The new building becomes part of the garden and fits into the atmosphere.
Heldenplatz now:
-temporary pavilions -cars and parking spaces

New plan:
-keeping the central square free of cars and temporary structures -connecting the gardens -placing the new building in the garden

The project combines accommodation, culture and health. The heart of the project is the new platform above the Schwechat, which is intended to revitalize the area as an extension of the city. A new visitor center is being built in the spa park, which places more focus on the original source. The path to the original source will be an experience for all interested parties through an exhibition in which visitors are introduced to the history of Baden. The visitor center and the attractive platform will attract more people to Baden, and in order to be able to guarantee suitable accommodation for them, the former hotel will be reactivated and the hotel will be adapted to today's requirements with only minor changes. In the Theater am Steg, a bar is being built in the dome rooms to bring more attention to the architecture. The two multifunctional rooms offer plenty of space for exhibitions, trade fairs or events. In Franzensbad, the baths are being reactivated and the rooms are being used for therapeutic purposes to also provide space for health.

Bankya Residence
Master's thesis WS 2024/25
Supervisor:
Katharina Tielsch
The Bankya Residence project is concerned with the creation of a plan for the complete restoration of the abandoned Residence in the town of Bankya, Bulgaria: Bankya Residence. The project consists of a short-term and longterm intervention in the Residence. The shortterm intervention consists of a three-day summer festival, which will be organized every summer in the courtyard of the Residence in order to raise funds for its complete restoration. The festival aims to familiarize the citizens of the town of Bankya and tourists with the history of the building and to present to them its future and new function: a Co-Creation-Space. This will be the long-term new function of the residence after its restoration. The building will have a public part with a cinema, a restaurant and a gallery. A part with seminar rooms, which will be rented out to schools, universities and companies from all over the world to hold their workshops there. Workshop participants will also be able to sleep overnight in the residence in the bedrooms in block 2. The swimming pool in the building will be reused as an event hall, where exhibitions, concerts and theater performances can be held. All these new functions in the Residence, as well as the renovation of its park, will not only save the building from its destruction, but will also contribute to the restoration of the resort character of the town of Bankya.
