ZGF DESIGNED THE REGENT AS A CONTEMPORARY, 21-STORY TOWER FEATURING 158 RESIDENCES VARYING IN SIZE FROM STUDIOS TO PENTHOUSES, AND FLOOR PLANS THAT RANGE FROM 900 TO 2,700 SF.
The 285,200 SF building was designed to maximize views to the inspiring Temple Square and the Wasatch and Oquirrh Mountains. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the living spaces are modern, bright, and open. The equally modern façade, composed of glass and stone, creates subdued reflections of the surrounding cityscape. Each of the building’s four corners are carved away to create protected exterior terraces, and a gentle curve on the west façade enables views back to Temple Square, and projects a dynamic presence from within the retail environment. A pool and terrace on the third floor provide additional 22
amenities for residents, in addition to the restaurants and shops on the ground floor. The building has achieved LEED Gold®.
