unveil new Nightingale Lane office After what seems like a rather long time in the making, our second office on Nightingale Lane, SW12 is now open for business! We never anticipated it would take so long to get up and running, but with leases to sort out, a full office refurbishment, finding the best staff to help support us AND all whilst re-branding the company as well, we are excited the office is finally open & looking jolly smart too. Having built up the business dramatically over the past three and a half years, we wanted to find another site which would complement our Bellevue Road office allowing us to be able to spread our wings further within an area that we were all totally familiar with. 89 Nightingale Lane became available and the rest, as they say, is history! The concept behind our second office is very simple – two Rymer Irens offices working together to provide the very best service possible. The new office also positions us rather conveniently for the Nightingale Triangle, Between the Commons, Balham and Clapham South. We have also employed new staff to help us grow the business further. Firstly, Richard Humphreys, our new Director of Sales who is based in the Nightingale
Lane office with Ben Rymer. Richard has worked as an estate agent for many years in South West London, more recently in Wandsworth Common, Battersea and Balham and with him he brings an enormous amount of experience. He is bright, well mannered and very personable and we are so pleased to have him working with us. Laura Fletcher will be supporting Richard and Ben and she too has considerable estate agency experience having worked for two large (and regarded) firms in central London. Laura brings with her a passion to learn and we are delighted to have her on board. Finally, for now (!), Tim Perkin has joined our Bellevue Road office as a Sales Negotiator. We first met Tim in November last year and we were all impressed with him from the onset. He is driven, personable and loves all aspects about property – he has already enamoured himself with many of our clients and buyers. A great asset for Rymer Irens! So the next Chapter of Rymer Irens has begun and we are all looking forward, excitedly, to the future. We would love to hear from you if you are considering moving.
