As the Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove grid extends further north towards the Regents Canal, I am amazed at the diversity of people the area attracts. Where are you seeing the highest price rises at the moment? With the stamp duty recently increased for second home purchases we have seen a very large number of parents buying for their children over recent weeks culminating in a flurry of sales in W10 and W11 over the last few weeks.

Observing recent
increases in rental costs in and around West London, it seems that this stable, already established area has some way to go in terms of price growth in the short – medium term.
