CALCIUM-ZINC STABILIZERS FOR WIRES AND CABLES The development of Ca-Zn Stabilizer system for PVC compounds is a consequence of the global environmental issues and awareness against lead base stabilizers.

In PVC applications, Ca Zn system, when substituted for lead, offer closes performance in the final rheology of the compound made out of it. Thus, it makes these systems an ideal choice for processors to switch over with minimum modifications of existing technical facilities and formulations.

Modern Ca-Za stabilizer systems contain whole host of eco-friendly and function-specific constituents. The most important and difficult properties, which Ca-Zn Stability, surface finish,insulation resistance when submerged in water and water absorption. Research and developments have made Ca-Zn stabilizer systems very close to lead based systems in these aspects.

Ca-Zn stabilizer systems can be used to produce cable compounds of all service temperature. These systems comfortably be used for both,insulation and sheathing compounds. Fire resistant and low smoke compounds can also be made by using respective additives.

Besides being environmental friendly,Ca-Zn stabilizer system have several advantages over lead based systems.

These are :• They are cost effective.

• They have much low specific and hence have longer surface coatings.

• They have better dispersion properties.

CALCIUM-ZINC STABLIZERS FOR PIPES AND PROFILES The company has been manufacturing Ca-Zn Stabilizers for pipes and profiles for quite some time and engaged in continuous development of the same.This continouous development helps us to meet the advanced requirement of PVC processors with our application optimized solutions.

This type of Stabilizer-Lubricant system is manufactured with state-of-the-art technology which gives high degree of clarity,good mechanical properties and weather-ability.The performance enhancement due to recent developments in Ca-Zn Stabilizers also makes them potenial technical alternatives to traditional Lead based stabilizing system.A considerable developmental work has been carried out on new,improved Ca-Zn systems to make them more effective and cost competitive for commercial use. The incorporation of specialized co-stabliziers to these systems has made them use for specific requirements of pipes and profiles.

Ca-Zn based stabilizer-lubricant system for piper and profile is providing to be environment friendly and economical.
