I’m M K Zeppa, short for Melissa Kaye, and I’ve been painting dogs and other critters for so long we have literally hundreds of designs available on our “artfully created gifts for pet lovers!”
Why so many? Because people love their pets and they get so excited when they find their pet on something Because we decorate all our items to order, we can offer the top dogs and the rare breeds!
We only warehouse blank “ canvases ” which means you can order exactly what your customers’ hearts’ desire. (and you don’t have to stock them all!)

The Custom Shop
For customers who really, really want their pet on it, we have the “The Custom Shop” A photo of the customer’s pet (or anything else) is artfully sized to whichever items for a one time per item set up charge.
Leadtime
3-5 business days from receipt of photo/artwork for proofing and 3-5 for production after proofing.

$5 per photo per item We can also do custom work for your shop like private label. Call for details.

LEADTIMES
All products are made to order in our Virginia Studio We ship most orders in 3-5 business days of receipt.
Please place all Q4/Holiday and/or large orders at least a couple weeks in advance of expected delivery If you must have an order by a certain date, please approve the date with our office and note it on your purchase order
BACKORDERS
We assume backorders are acceptable unless noted You will be told about any possible expected delays so you can decide whether or not to split up your order “Add-ons” must be received within one business day from the original order or we consider them new orders We make every effort to ship late “add-ons” with the original order
GUARANTEES&EXCLUSIVES
All guarantees are subject to friendly negotiation Prices change and items are discontinued periodically. We give ample notice but you are responsible for making sure we have a valid email address on file Exclusives are determined on a case by case basis and subject to friendly negotiation

DOYOUDROPSHIP?
If you are a bricks & mortar dealer averaging $1000 in orders per year, we will drop ship orders to your customers in the continental USA for simply the price of shipping For all others (catalog and on-line sellers), we will drop ship orders of $10 or more for $350 plus the actual shipping charge We only drop ship to addresses in the US and its territories
RETURNPOLICY
All claims for damaged or defective goods, shortages or other errors must be made within 5 business days of receipt of your order
Without a written PO (faxed or emailed), order errors are the responsibility of the buyer Upon request, for approved claims, a return label will be issued All credits are issued for merchandise purchase only If you want to return items for reasons other than damage/defect, those returns, if approved, will be at your expense and for merchandise credit only Items returned in unsatisfactory condition (price stickers, torn packaging, out of packaging) will have a minimum of 15% deducted from the credit total All that said, if we goof, we’ll fix it

The designs are printed and applied to our items in our SW Virginia Studios by our small, capable staff.
