08 House, a modern residence nestled in the southern part of the Metro This architectural gem boasts refined depth and contemporary design, catering to the needs of a family of three while emphasizing vertical components

The primary objective of the 08 House is to provide a contemporary living space that exudes a sense of height and modernity. Vertical elements are thoughtfully incorporated, symbolizing the house's tall stature and creating an distinct architectural presence. These elements add visual interest and enhance the overall spatial experience within the residence.

Careful consideration has been given to the design program of the 08 House, ensuring a seamless fusion of aesthetics and functionality. The interior spaces are developed hand in hand with the clients to reflect their lifestyle and needs .To further enhance its distinctive form, the 08 House features a unique "floating roof" design. This pronounced architectural feature adds a sense of lightness to the structure, serving as a crowning element that harmonizes with the overall design concept

SECTION THRU-X

S House is a Residential renovation and extension of an Avida Novara Model House situated in St Alexandra Estates in Antipolo, Rizal. A total of 125 SQM allotted space to fit an extended 2-car garage, dirty kitchen, master bedroom with walk-incloset and a toilet and bath.

One of the prime consideration of the theme was to have a sense of visual space inside and outside the home without compromising privacy given that the 2F is protruded closer to the front The design of the house is inspired to be a minimal and modern façade that uses high quality materials with consideration of WPC Panels, Steel Channels, Strip Lighting, Wood Textured Metals to have a distinct theme overall.

Design Analysis

The façade from the existing house can be modified to fit the proposed extension that would connect the existing roof design to the new bedroom above the new carport.

The perimeter gate will be adjusted to fit the extension providing a double gate entry together with a pedestrian and can be reworked to be a cleaner and dated look.

The columns of the carport can be considered as a separate structure from the house; this would allow us to safely remove and construct a new carport entirely.

Exterior/Interior Design

The illumination for the Façade and the gate is key to highlight the home. This brings drama and a premium feel for the exterior that refreshes the old façade of the model home to the new and modern one.

Both of the two Ford SUV’s fit the new design for the 2-car garage, with added illumination from the exterior to the interior of the parking space

The design intent for the 2F was to have a hotel-like ambiance that supports storage spaces and visual candies like photo walls and transparent shelving

Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Tagaytay, Philippines, Casa Farinas is a vacation house meticulously crafted to fulfill the Farinas family's dream of a tranquil retreat away from bustling city life Embracing a modern architectural aesthetic, this idyllic haven combines contemporary elegance with seamless connections to the surrounding natural beauty.

Casa Farinas boasts spacious interiors adorned with large windows and glass doors, effortlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces. The design elements create a seamless connection with the breathtaking surroundings, allowing natural light to flood the living areas and offering panoramic views of the scenic landscape.

Polished concrete finishes add a touch of contemporary elegance while providing a durable and low-maintenance solution. The sunken living area exudes a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxation and intimate gatherings. The well-appointed kitchen caters to the culinary desires of the family, creating a space where they can bond and create lasting memories.

Accommodations at Casa Farinas are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy for every family member. Four separate bedrooms, each equipped with its own toilet and bath, offer a serene sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, a bonfire area adds a touch of warmth and provides the perfect setting for cozy evenings spent under the starry skies.

Preamble

A project that seamlessly transformed a house into a vibrant restaurant space, marking the first-ever venture of the renowned "Fariñas Ilocos Empanada" fast food chain into standalone restaurant establishments Previously operating through stalls, this project sets the stage as the base model for all future restaurants under this brand.

The design concept is carefully curated to deliver a captivating dining experience, incorporating distinct elements that embrace the essence of the brand. Brick cladding adds a rustic charm, while natural wood finishes infuse warmth and a touch of natural beauty. Polished concrete walls provide a contemporary edge, combining elegance with an industrial aesthetic.

Preamble

The Arthur Fiedler Footbridge in Boston, USA, is a historic landmark that has served as a vital pathway for pedestrians and cyclists, connecting the Charles River Esplanade with the cityscape. However, the footbridge has shown signs of wear and deterioration over time. To ensure its longevity and preserve its significance, the urgent need for renovation using modern concrete methods arises.

As a symbol of Boston's rich heritage and culture, the Arthur Fiedler Footbridge holds historical value, named after the renowned conductor Arthur Fiedler Its picturesque location and role in connecting artistic, recreational, and social activities make it a popular destination for residents and visitors alike

Unfortunately, the footbridge's original construction relied on conventional methods that are now revealing their limitations Cracks, erosion, and corrosion have compromised its structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. To address these challenges, a renovation project utilizing modern concrete techniques is essential. Modern methods offer enhanced durability, strength, and aesthetic options compared to traditional approaches, enabling the footbridge to regain its former glory while showcasing the city's commitment to preserving its iconic landmarks.

Incorporating innovative materials like fiber-reinforced concrete or high-performance concrete mixes, which provide increased resistance to weathering, abrasion, and environmental factors, can further benefit the renovation project. Additionally, advanced construction technologies can streamline the process, minimizing disruptions to pedestrian and cyclist traffic and expediting completion.

By renovating the Arthur Fiedler Footbridge using modern concrete methods, Boston ensures the safety and enjoyment of future generations while preserving its architectural heritage. This revitalization project showcases a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, solidifying the city's commitment to its citizens and demonstrating a dedication to sustainable and resilient materials

Preamble

This small condominium unit underwent a renovation to transform it into a stylish space inspired by Japan modern design. The goal was to incorporate operable and modular storage spaces that would differentiate the renovated unit from its existing layout By infusing elements of Japanese design and emphasizing efficient storage solutions, the revitalized condominium now offers a contemporary and functional living environment.

To optimize the available space, the renovation prioritized the integration of operable and modular storage solutions. Customized built-in cabinets, shelves, and drawers were strategically placed to provide ample storage while maintaining a clutter-free aesthetic. These modular storage elements were versatile and adjustable, allowing residents to adapt the space to their changing needs.

During the renovation, the project embraced the principles of Japan modern design, which emphasized simplicity, minimalism, and a connection to nature. Clean lines, neutral color palettes, and natural materials were incorporated to create a serene and harmonious ambiance throughout the unit.

In line with Japan's efficient use of space, the renovated unit featured flexible and multi-purpose areas. Transformable furniture, such as foldable tables or convertible sofa beds, were incorporated to maximize functionality Sliding doors or partitions were installed to create the option for open or closed spaces, enabling residents to personalize their living environment according to their preferences and activities

The renovation fused traditional Japanese design elements with modern aesthetics. This included the use of wooden louvers, sliding panels, bamboo flooring combined with contemporary finishes and fixtures. The result is a unique blend of cultural heritage and contemporary design, creating a distinctive and visually appealing atmosphere.

One of the key elements of our concept store is the implementation of modern hanging and displaying techniques By suspending the bikes in mid-air, we create a sense of weightlessness and emphasize their seamless integration of form and function. This unique presentation not only adds a touch of artistic elegance but also allows customers to appreciate the bikes from every angle, showcasing their distinctive features and attention to detail.

Our store features an array of renowned e-bike brands, including Mate, Honda Sundiro, and many others, each representing the pinnacle of electric mobility With our redesigned space, we have created a visually captivating environment that highlights the sleek lines, futuristic designs, and advanced technology of these remarkable e-bikes.

A refreshed Japandi-style condo renovation situated in San Lorenzo Place by Empire East in Makati City. The owners wanted to reface the existing unit together with a design consideration that allows light to enter the main living space due to the orientation and placement of the bedrooms from the unit. The design solution was to replace the partitions with fluted glass sliding doors that allows natural light to enter the room without the compromise of privacy.

Storage is the main concern when it comes to living in high rise residential spaces. We designed an alternative cabinetry to house the kitchen utilities, cleaning devices and other miscellaneous items described by the owner. This solves and provides a sleek, space saving element to the condominium unit.
