Apex at Eastlake This multi-building complex features a centralized auto court that balances loading functionality with regular commercial traffic for an optimal use of site space. The exterior design of wood composite and corrugated metal articulate the individuality of the units and create dynamic and well-defined tenant storefronts.

Evolve at District With its sleek exterior design, exceptional build quality, and dock and drive-in loading, Evolve at District exemplifies a high standard of durability and longevity. The design utilizes prefabricated systems resulting in a reduced carbon footprint and construction that has exceeded the NECB criteria for sustainability.

HF11 Industrial The design of this single storey complex puts adaptability at the forefront, allowing tenants to upgrade over time. The construction exceeds institutional quality standards, providing durability, strength, security and longevity. We incorporated energy efficient factory-style windows as a contemporary homage to historical warehouse design.

CSA Transportation Warehouse This high-efficiency, cross-dock warehouse serves as CSA’s Southern Alberta distribution centre for moving goods throughout Canada and the US. As a major hub for their LTL shipping network, the terminal doubles their warehouse space, improves local delivery capabilities and facilitates expedited transit.

MAN Energy Solutions We revitalized the front office and back-of-house warehouse space for this world leading industrial supplier. Located within the Richmond Corporate Centre, the design incorporates the client’s unique equipment needs while adhering to the landlord’s leasing requirements.

Pratts Food Service Freezer Expansion Pratts is one of the largest family-run independent foodservice distributors in Western Canada. We expanded their existing facility for additional loading and industrial cold storage with light industrial freezer racking.
