Event Duration: 3 Hours
1 Doors Open (15 minutes)
Activity: Welcome and Registration
Details: Guests arrive and register. Offer welcome drinks and name tags. Provide a program booklet with bios of panelists, event schedule, and space for notes.
2. Exclusive Networking Session for Reporters & VIP Guests (30 minutes)
Activity: VIP Networking
Details: A private, exclusive networking session in a designated area for reporters and selected VIP guests. Light refreshments and drinks served.
3. General Networking Session (15 minutes)
Activity: Icebreaker Networking
Details: All guests are invited to network. To encourage mingling, use an icebreaker activity: Icebreaker: "Business Card Bingo"
Instructions: Provide each guest with a bingo card where each square has a descriptor like "has launched a product in the last year, " "is a tech entrepreneur," etc. Guests need to find people who match the descriptors and get their business cards to fill in the squares. Small prizes for the first few to get bingo.
