Vision
Zilla design services inception started back in 2020 between a team of landscape architecture professionals in (Dubai, UAE) with the aim of providing collboreative design work between Zilla and other multidisplinary consultancy firms in order to provide consolidated design solutions / services that covers different types of medium to
large scale projects of (architectural, landscape and urban planning / design nature) along with all required associated engineering work for them.
The idea of collaboration aims to group with talanted and experienced firms from different feilds in order to deliver a unique and competative design product that meets and exceeds client requirments while at the same time value the variable local and envirnomental aspects for each project. The Zilla / س brand name is derived from the native plant Zilla spinosa which survives and blooms under the extreme desert conditons of the middle east and north africa regions, the same which represents the core values of our team which is presistance to survive and thrive in such a competative world.

We design with a realistic and pragmatic approach, considering a wide variety of influences such as context; history; planning; sustainability; massing; enclosure; openness; forms and materials.
The design process is iterative with ideas being progressively tested, refined and reviewed against the design brief with the clients, user groups, local authorities, artists and consultants as part of our collaborative approach. Our designs are sensitive to the climate, environment, and geography. Architecture therefore becomes a celebration of the site’s natural beauty, designed to provide positive spatial experiences. We are committed to providing exceptional value for our clients through design and quality of service. We work closely with our clients from project inception to project completion to ensure design integrity and cohesiveness of vision.
We endeavor to work with committed craftspeople at every level, seeking high quality products and execution. A collaborative spirit between the client, design team and contractors is encouraged as we partner with other professional firms during the design process. Our fields of expertise / services along with our collaboratives range between (architectural, urban planning, urban design, landscape architecture, along with all required supportive engineering fields from structures to steel structures, MEP, civil, communications, security, BMS, facades, infrastructure, ...etc.), in addition to associated BIM modelling, or any other required visualization work based on type of project and client requirements.

Remal Business Court comprises three main plazas: the Arrival Plaza, the Event Plaza, and the Social Plaza, each crafted to create a memorable experience for visitors.
Arrival Plaza
The Arrival Plaza welcomes visitors with elegant features, including water installations, art elements, shade structures, and refined paving patterns. Together, these elements create an inviting entrance that encourages exploration of the project’s landscape amenities.
Event Plaza
At the center of Remal Business Court, the Event Plaza serves as a dynamic social hub designed for flexibility. This adaptable space is ideal for hosting both formal and informal gatherings, from large celebrations to intimate events, making it the heart of community engagement.
Social Plaza
The Social Plaza offers a peaceful setting with a water feature and a passive lawn, providing comfortable spill-out areas for nearby food and beverage outlets. This relaxed space invites visitors to socialize, dine, and enjoy a calm atmosphere.
Project Scope
Zilla is appointed to provide complete design services, from concept through to detailed and tender design, ensuring a cohesive, well-planned landscape that enhances the visitor experience across all plazas. Zilla has been appointed to deliver comprehensive design services for Remal Business Court, from initial concept design through to detailed design and tender documentation. This end-to-end approach ensures a cohesive, well-executed landscape that aligns with the project’s vision and functionality, enhancing the user experience across all plazas and contributing to the project’s overall success.

Sharjah Sustainable city
SHARJAH, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
The vision for the Central Park at Sharjah Sustainable City is to create a landmark destination that serves not only the community but the entire city of Sharjah. Designed to be open to the public, the park aims to enhance the reputation of the client’s projects by offering a welcoming, multifunctional space that encourages engagement and enjoyment.
The park will provide a balanced mix of social and active amenities to cater to the entire SSC community. Features include a scenic water channel, inviting F&B spill-out areas, and a large, multipurpose lawn adjacent to amphitheater spaces that can host a variety of events. The courts are thoughtfully sunken into the landscape, surrounded by mounds and lush planting to create an intimate, nature-immersed setting. Additionally, a unique adventure play area has been designed to draw children from all around Sharjah, making the park a family-friendly attraction.
Zilla has been appointed to deliver the complete design services, from concept development through to detailed and tender design, ensuring a cohesive and fully realized park experience.

Erada
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
The landscape design for the rehabilitation center for individuals struggling with addiction focuses on creating a natural environment that promotes stress relief, alleviates anxiety, and aids in recovery and meditation.
The design incorporates elements of nature to provide a soothing and calming atmosphere. Lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and carefully selected plantings are incorporated throughout the landscape to create a sense of tranquility and connection with the natural world.
The outdoor spaces are designed to facilitate relaxation and reflection. Serene gardens, peaceful seating areas, and secluded pathways encourage users to engage with nature, fostering a sense of calmness and promoting healing.
Consideration is given to the use of natural materials such as stone and wood, creating a harmonious blend with the surrounding environment. These elements provide a tactile and sensory experience that enhances the therapeutic benefits of the landscape.

Bianca, a residential community situated in Dubai, places a strong emphasis on harmonizing the human-made and natural elements of its landscape. This is achieved by skillfully melding the edges of hardscape surfaces and verdant planting areas, seamlessly integrating the environment with human living spaces. The landscape design encompasses various amenities, including shared pathways for walking and jogging, a dedicated children’s play zone, paddle and multi-use courts, as well as expansive lawns for multi purpose activities

Mouwasat Hospital
YANBU, KSA
Creating a unique arrival experience for a private hospital, the landscape design incorporates a cascading water feature surrounded by lush plantings.
