Nordic Light | Office & Light Design
This office design project emphasizes lighting and material selection, based on the requirements of Nordic Light Co., a Long established regional travel agency in Copenhagen. The design aims to incorporate Copenhagen's unique characteristics, featuring a minimal black and white color scheme to highlight the theme of illumination.
The space includes a cozy open plan office with Danish design elements, an educational area for training seminars, an incubation corner for new business ideas, a green space and an aesthetically pleasing kitchen for food and travel video production.

Statement
Nowadays, the promotion of environmental protection is still a back-to-basics stereotype, but in order to create a clickable environmental self-media center that meets the needs of the current era, a more memorable promotional center is needed.
Therefore, I want to create an attractive and networkable live broadcast type of sustainable video center. Through more coverage of the center's internal activities and existing installations, people can see such a center that is working hard to promote environmental protection and can get more exposure on the network due to its outstanding appearance, thereby raising funds for advertising and scientific research investment
With the rise of sea level, significant floods occur in New York City every summer, reminiscent of the urban flood during Hurricane Sandy, when storm surges engulfed Ave C and E 8th St in the East Village, close to the site. So choose to establish a green center that promotes environmental protection, with a theme of melting icebergs and flooding as an exhibition and providing a studio for sustainable development designers.
Recycle Design Studio
The second goal is to provide more exposure to designers who are committed to environmental protection and a resource-rich research environment with a material research laboratory. Product designers who work on biodegradable packaging, sculptors who specialize in marine garbage degradation, and fashion designers who reuse old materials can come together to create a more beautiful future.
Video And Exhibition Center
The primary goal of the project is to have more exhibitions with a stylish interior, increasing exposure on the network, real-time live streaming, and attracting more people to visit and understand the entire environmental center.
Global Warming: Exhibition In Water
People caught on monitor are shown on the screen, and others are videos of rising sea levels. Water comes from the pipes that run the heating and air conditioning in this building. When it's almost full, it goes to pet's cafe next door.
Flavor Farm
Plant onions, basil and other spices on the handrail of the stairs so that you don't forget to water them.
Feel The Iceberg Like A Fish
When you are on the upper floors of the building, you do not feel the sea level rise; it feels like there is something below supporting you. However, when you stand on the glass at the top, you feel the fear of falling and the apprehension of being submerged as you physically and visually experience the rising sea level.

The project concept, known as an exhibition-style residence, was designed to offer three levels of privacy for the client. The owners desired an open workspace for public exhibitions, a family area for gatherings after the public has left, and a private area for individual living. The modular design harmonizes these three requirements using a consistent design language for both residential and workspace functionalities, as well as for the exhibition space.
Concept: By varying modular furnitures to change visual distance. When open to the public, it is used as a collaborative work or display area for multiple people. Then for the family it is two modes of leisure and work use.
