Prestige residence with contemporary style and one space living environment.

The building is designed using a geometric shape approach, which is well applied in residential and other supporting buildings.

The main road circulation in each cluster uses a one gate system.

There are 3 types of housing development blocks in each cluster, including: 1 facade in the smallest cluster

2 and 3 facades in the medium and largest clusters.

The cul-de-sacs in each cluster are designed in such a way and evenly to facilitate user mobility. Green open space is centered in each cluster and main facilities are

in the boulevard area, such as club house, park, sport court etc. The placement of the commercial area is outside the gate area facing Way Hui Street, where it is selling to the public.

This project is a student apartment, the result of the final project. The main design of the project must be leading to a former mixed building. I carry a simple concept but still eyeecatching with a combination ornaments using chrom-colored materials. In one area there are three main functions, namely the residential area, public spaces and commercial buildings. all three are integrated in one area and two areas the buildings are connected by connecting bridges. the connecting bridge is only for the apartment residents and office caregivers.

Land area of 10,000 m2 has 3 residential towers (Tower Balla, Tower Cara, and Tower Stela) and 1 commercial building. In the residential building of the Balla tower and the Cara tower which have 6 floors, the Stela tower has 7 floors including a parking lot (basement).

KITCHEN INTERIOR It is a competition project from CS where the main assessment is a clean kitchen intended for women who like clean and spacious spaces and make the kitchen a place to relax and unwind. The main concept of design is modern contemporary and uses products from Cipta Semula as the upholstery material for the furniture.

Designed with elements of color and texture that create an elegant impression to its users.

Mix pastel colors to cool tones (soft colors in the Cipta Initial catalog). Using a Marble Texture Blend (8915 J) on the workspace cabinet and nickel pendant lamps to keep up luxurious texture in a style of simplicity. Adding panels on the side of the wall with a wood texture (DP 20) and combined with led lights on each side. A minimalist design approach can bring simplicity and creating a clean space. Therefore, the cabinet is designed with a style without handles where the cabinet will have a simple design and thus making the space look wider. This style suits users who still want to exude elegance in their kitchen.
