Design Strategy
Classic style;
Design strategy has focused on the iconic items from classical roman architecture which refers to a specific meaning and inspiration. The most important icon that influenced the ground floor is flower boxes and greenery; although, it used the same materials, particularly Roman concrete, and symbols such as the arch and the dome to make buildings that were typically strong and well engineered. As classical orders now became largely decorative rather than struactural, the strategy has chosen magnificence stone walls with the design of flower boxes.
Modern style;
Design strategy of upper floor has focused on the iconic items from modern architecture, because it worked to reinvent ways of building that focused more on how humans lived versus what they found beautiful. This architecture is not sentimental, like revivalist styles. Instead, it is innovative, experimental, and minimal. We considered the style of building that emphasizes function and a streamlined form over ornamentation. This design aesthetic is a departure from more elaborate and decorated home.

The architecture of ancient Iranian houses is closely tied with the public culture ad climate of the region. Even the religion and beliefs of people contributed to how buildings were designed. Similarly, weather conditions left a direct impact on the architectural style of monuments in Iran. The Iranian buildings were designed in such a way that facilitated maximum utilization of natural regional advantages such as light, wind and water, and at the same time resisted against natural factors like heat and cold. This paper attempted to briefly explore how roofs of ancient Iranian houses were designed
The identity of context shows the importance of nature and green areas. The site analysis leads the design path to respect the land identity. we can see the slopes in paddy fields and the ridges between them create a novel experience in the nature
The paddy fields with their ups and downs can create habitable places, which provide opportunities for people to experience the active landscape.

Project Brief
The design strategy in this project is to transform the office and commercial building from an enclosed box into open spaces and interact with the urban body and establish a kind of dialogue with the city and people, which leads to strengthening the iconic nature of the city. This interaction has taken place in two scales in this project.

On the ground, Everything is shared. Even the body of people is a part of it. Different members, functions, and businesses supporting each other. Sharing functions like Outdoor parking and public plaza work for the whole block. At the ground level The circulation is floating and continuing. You can pass every building.
This is what I supposed to be… An Office tower in 10 floor with two retails as podium. In this culture its not polite to stand when people are sitting. An outdoor bazar with touchable shopfront are connected by a sheltered walking path in front, the people flow and activities is absorbed from the plaza in front.
Easy and welcoming...
The vertical market make the height habitable and touchable with a green, friendly and democratic character in human scale.

How does the box sit in the city?
Providing that connection needs a new idea and organization which changes the performance of the structure from a packed shopping mall to a vertical street. To reach that idea, the main facade of the building is open to the public space, and provides the walkway to grow up and pass the structures for bringing interactions and public activities to the whole level of the structure. Now the structure not only performs as a separate large scale unit which is injected to the context but it is responsive to the city interactions and works as a part of the street circulation and walkway vertical growth with the small scale shops and retails.
72
Kuwait Business Incubator
On a micro and regional scale, the lower three floors of the building include two commercial floors that are open to the city and have a relatively favorable temperature in the hot seasons of Kuwait due to shading, leading to an urban plaza floor in The height of the ground is about ten meters, located on the third floor. This space leads to the redefinition of commercial spaces from shops to markets, which is a kind of temporary interaction of commercial spaces in relation to the body of the city. And on a large and urban scale, the definition of an office roof to a vertical garden above the building by placing public spaces such as restaurants and cafes, which leads to more communication between the building and the city and its users. Client’s schedule and brief plan is a twelve-story tower with commercial and office spaces, with an iconic appearance in the commercial context of Kuwait City.

Design Brief
The brief included eliminating the old structure and replacing it with a large warehouse which has retail, office, conventional, entertainment functionalities within it. The brief specifically included designing this warehouse as this was because of a limit which was caused by The economical constraints of the industrial zone and the municipality laws of that area.
Typically a traditional warehouse does not have any interactions with its context, and has limited functionalities with no spatial organization.

According to the design program, the complex functionality is divided into three zones: Retail zone, convention zone and a larger area devoted to the entertainment zone which includes cafes and restaurants.
The history and the transparency of the area were two valuable factors noticed in the existing old structure to be remained and kept as the convention area.

Design Strategy
In the following steps, the green space was added to the existing structure to convert the convention hall to convention garden. Finally the shopping zone (carpet market) which is an addition to the front of the convention garden is placed in another warehouse structure with a space in between; This space acts and performs as an internal plaza, in which cafes and restaurants are located.This strategy helped the complex to be organized and perform in the shape of different characters for its different zones and functions.

Main Idea
The main idea of the proposal entailed increasing the interactions and eliminating the solid border between the inside and the outside of the complex.The complex which has a dialogue with its context, addresses the highway that is in front of it with welcoming character which is causedby redefining the solid structure of the warehouse. The design diagram of our proposal is in fact a traditional warehouse structure which is divided from the middle and embodies the front plaza. This segments the retail zone into two parts with two different characteristics and functionalities, an internal shopping space which acts as a department store and outdoor linear retail stores, which are inspired by a Persian traditional bazaar. Positioning, dividing, joining and combination of unfamiliar heterogenous functions in order to follow the context, became the main idea of our mixeduse.
There are two different characters:
One part has rules and standards like sharp character of Persian carpet and the other part is more flexible and will be occupied by events, exhibitions and galleries which has more cultural, eventual activities and coworking spaces and that’s convention garden. Back of the truck doesn’t have any rule.It’s a platform for events and it is flexible to get the shape of the context. There is a gap between the Carpet market and convention hall which defined as food plaza act as transition, full of café and restaurants.

Design Strategy
The main view of this project is its south facade which is facing the city, and north facade of that is facing the mountain. The main proposal of this project is derived from the connection between the north and south facade. Hence in this direction, some voids have been created in-depth of the building. These vast voids are open in two directions of the living room and tv room. In addition, the south facade boxes created openings on the other parts of the plan.

Design Idea
Buildings are like human bodies and if they get the dynamic of a body, they will act like one and will interact with their residents and environment through their elements just like we, humans, interact with our environment through our senses and body parts. In this project the designer does not see the building as a whole, but sees it as two separate bodies interacting with and through a third smaller body which is the intermediary space of this project.
