The Cube project was conceived as a state-of-the-art commercial office building. The building consists of 3 floors above ground for a total height of 10 meters with a leasable floor area of 750 m2. The ground floors contain waiting areas, service rooms, a library with co-working, while upper floors house the offices and conferences rooms.

The project consists primarily of open office spaces which are distributed around atrium. The basement houses a cafeteria with terrace and service rooms .

The design of the building is founded upon principles of geometric clarity and openness that are reflected in its horizontal and vertical organization. Also the design of the office building reflects the distinct orientation of the site.

The main facade of the building is articulated with a white translucent glass screen, which provides privacy and filters daylight into the building, and allows unobstructed views from within the interior spaces.

Overlays of transparent and translucent screens, as well as solar shading systems such as louvers, combine with solid surfaces to modulate varying degrees of exposure to the sun and of privacy.

Natural light is controlled for views and orientation, both in terms of how the building is perceived from its surroundings throughout the day, and in order to maximize daylight and views from within the interior spaces.

The tree-unit project located in Brovary near Kyiv . The presented challenge was to design dwelling unit for two families and two accessory dwelling units, each for two families with private outdoor spaces and parking, all on a compact footprint to fit a tight lot.

The total area of one house for two families is 390 m2. Each house has a parking lot and a courtyard. On the 1st floor, there is a living area with a kitchen, living room, dining room and a terrace overlooking the courtyard. On the 2nd floor and on the 3rd floor, there are bedrooms, while on the 4th floor there is a rooftop terrace. The houses have flexible layouts and can be adapted based on the needs of the residents.

The main rooms are located on the courtyard side. The facades are oriented to the west and to the east, which is a favorable orientation in the summer. Special attention was paid during the design to the preservation of the existing trees on the site.

The renovation principle of the building is to preserve the original building structure including certain supporting walls and extract some external walls of the first and second floors of the main facade to improve the transparency and openness of the building. The building’s structure, made up of concrete pillars and beams has also been reformed on office floors where public use is foreseen. Another key aspect of the reform has focused on the facade of the building.

The T-shape building is fragmented into two main volumes: main 7-storey building which is aligned with the street with technical and administrative facilities and a cafeteria on the ground floor; and the second volume 4-storey building with lecture hall and co-working areas. The building has an area of 6700 m2.

Two volumes were wrapped in polycarbonate panels, which covers the original external wall of the building on the premise of satisfying natural lighting, and at the same time forms the overlapping effect of double facades and the combination of opaque and translucent.

The polycarbonate panels acts as effective sun protection, aesthetic cladding for the grey concrete façade and creates an effect akin to a halo.

The project is located in Odessa, Ukraine. The land area of this project is 1 520 m2 (44m × 35m). The building contains 45 dwellings in 5 floors, the ground floor is intended for 2 commercial premises, and the underground level for 20 parking spaces and storage rooms.

The exterior of the building is a beautiful blend of smooth white stucco and stone plate cladding that creates a stunning contrast. The white facade is dynamic and rich with volumes and shadows during the day, making it a standout feature of the building.

The building contains 50 dwellings(with a space area of 41-70 m2) in five floors, the ground floor is intended for 2 commercial premises, and the underground level for 21 parking spaces.

The challenge was to foster ideas for low cost housing which could be built affordably.

Our solution used a simple yet architecturally potent structural system: the longitudinally aligned carrying walls in the upper stories and precast concrete floor slabs. This system of construction is precise, rapid, and economical.

The building is designed with an emphasis on simplicity and functionality. The clean lines of the white facade combined with the texture of the gray brick cladding creates a modern and timeless appearance. The use of sliding lattice panels not only provides sun protection but also adds a unique touch to the building’s design. The facade is dynamic and ever-changing.

The building consists of 16 dwellings, with a high variety of housing types ranging from 45 to 100 m2, on 4 floors and ground floor with communal areas.

The apartments are organized around a central core. Generous atrium enliven the vertical circulation, and work with skylight to fill both the central corridors with natural light.

An elevator and stairs are giving acces to the apartments on the floors. On the ground floor every apartment has a storage for bicycles or other vehicles

This building is constructed with a plot area of nearly 4700m2 and a gross area of nearly 900 m2 spread over 2 levels.

The site of the project framed by a traditional residential area.

Greenery plays an essential role in the appearance and layout of the building with the playgrounds and educational garden on the school’s terrace. The pergalo, featuring a lattice design, serves as a cool and shaded canopy over the children’s playgrounds outside, while also providing a space for green plants to grow. Triangular in shape and centered around an existing tre e, the pergalo brings an organic touch to the building’s facade.

The facade of the building is a pristine white, with windows in different shapes and sizes, creating an inviting and cheerful atmosphere.

In the search for a refined style, I wanted to limit the multiplication of colors and materials. Thus, the single white color of the facades and interiors with yellow accent allows the living and active elements of the place to be highlighted: the natural light, the trees, and plantations, but above all the kids themselves.

The spirit of the project is also expressed through the materials used: wood and concrete.

Lobby, cafeteria with kitchen, medical post and technical facilities are grouped together on the ground floor.

The administration, the school life premises, the sports room, multipurpose activity room are located on the second floor. The two floors bring together the classrooms.

The atrium distributes the entire program from the corridors and walkways. It acts as a buffer space, allowing the regulation of the climatic atmosphere of the building (solar contribution in winter, cooling, and natural ventilation in summer).

Children’s Education Center for 10-15 children of 3-6 years is located in one of the residential areas of Kyiv.

The main task was to take the most functionality out of the small space and accommodate all the necessary areas, creating a comfortable place for games and education of children.

The compositional center of the interior is a multifunctional space for games and various activities that can be adapted to the needs of the class. Mobile radial shelving for books and toys helps additional zoning.

The room also has a study area with a place for flowers and small animal care. Also, there is a small kitchen and a dining area for children with low wash basins for washing hands. Opposite the place for eating, there is a wall coating that can be used for educational chalk drawings.

The entire building can be conventionally divided into three main zones: an educational space for preschoolers (5-6 years old) on the first floor, classrooms for school-aged children (7-8 years old) on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and a large open space-hub with a cafe and a library, teaching and technical premises on the ground floor. It’s a central gathering space for students and teachers to collaborate and relax. The open terrace on the 3rd floor provides an opportunity for children to grow plants and flowers and connect with nature and learn about the environment.

Lecture hall can be changed and transformed depending on the tasks. It is shared by a mobile partition, which consists of individual parts, can be folded if used in the entire space, or divides it into two separate rooms while providing all soundproof, operational and aesthetic functions.

Sliding lecturing desk for a speaker is transformed into two separate units if the hall is divided into two parts. In each corner of the hall, there is a separate white screen that functions for every room. If the room is used as a common space, two screens provide the convenience of information spread and good visibility for all.

The screens are covered with whiteboard paint, so they can be used simultaneously for writing, broadcasting images or video, and emphasizing information with markers. Everything is made for the comfort of the speaker and the audience.

This interior design project was a challenge in making the most of a small space.

The goal was to create a comfortable and functional space for a young family with a child. The result was a smart use of space that includes a master bedroom, a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a children’s room and a common area with a kitchen. The master bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe are separated from the rest of the apartment by a large sliding partition, giving the family privacy when needed.

The interior is light and airy, with a mix of wood textures, exposed concrete on the ceiling and columns, and black accents for a modern touch. Hidden LED backlighting adds a warm glow to the space, and helps to highlight the beautiful textures and materials used throughout.

This space is a perfect example of how a small apartment can be transformed into a functional, comfortable, and stylish home for a family
