My name is Yuliani. Currently I work as a full-time graphic designer in Ruangguru, a start-up company. I graduated from University of Mercu Buana, majoring Visual Communication Design. I have a good design taste and 3 years experience in graphic design. My experience areas includes graphical assets for educational content, design for social media, illustration, and company branding. I like to improve my design skills and explore new things. I’m capable to work individually and in a team. I’m also easy to direct and open to constructive criticism and feedback from my supervisors.

Deep Tech Foundation is a non-profit organization engaged in the technology sector. They have a mission to spread technology knowledges to the youths. To pursue it, Deep Tech Foundation create educational contents in Instagram.



Using vibrant colors and geometrical illustration to represent technology and appeal to the young audience at the same time




In some posts, we use some analogical stories to help user understand about complex technologies.








Athiyyah Hijab




Using abstract floral and earth tone colors in their social media post, Athiyyah Hijab want to attract muslimah in 19-30 age range.












Happy Hoppy is a muslimah shoes brand which consists of pastel colors and playful style.


Hand-drawn style, both in illustration and typography is considered the most suitable visual style to Happy Hoppy’s audience. Its’ young muslimah customers ranged from 18 to 27 years old.








Some teachers needs specific assets to support users’s learning; one of their lesson is Biology.






Ruangguru uses realistic and gradient style to engage the higher school users. But if needed we use another style, one of them is hand-drawn style.
Due to the license issue, we re-draw some historical figures to keep them shown on the apps without copyright infringements.

Using hand-drawn style for its logo and typeface, I showed the tastiness of the homemade creations.
