Over the last decade, there has been a significant increase in the amount of garbage that the population creates all over the world.
We are now witnessing the same products that we produce to maintain ourselves and help us survive viciously killing our environment and everything in it.
Waste management is described as the activities and actions required to handle waste from its inception to final disposal.
The process involves garbage collection, treatment, and placement, as well as monitoring and regulation of its flow.
Waste management becomes a topic for this paper, which is set in the setting of India. It reviews current methods for dealing with remote areas and recommends an architecture inquiry based on a costeffective and mobile solution

On August 4, 2020, at 18:08:18 EEST, Beirut witnessed one of the largest non-nuclear explosions in history, with an estimated force equivalent to a 3.5-magnitude earthquake. The catastrophic event was fueled by the detonation of 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate improperly stored in warehouse 12 at the port.
The explosion resulted in unprecedented destruction:
- Severe damage to the surrounding infrastructure, displacing thousands and crippling Beirut’s economy.
- The port, once a critical hub for Middle Eastern trade and a vital lifeline for Lebanon’s economy, was left inoperable, cutting off essential supply chains and international trade routes.
Given the port’s historical significance and its role as a connector of continents, its revival is essential to Lebanon’s economic recovery. The proposed redevelopment aims to address both functional and safety concerns while integrating modern infrastructure. The port authority’s guidelines outline a vision for transforming the damaged port into a secure, efficient, and sustainable trade hub, incorporating:
- Modernized facilities to ensure the safe handling of goods and compliance with international standards.
- Safety protocols and hazard management to prevent future catastrophes, including secure storage for hazardous materials.
- Integration of green technologies for energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Community-oriented spaces, recognizing the port’s cultural and economic role in Beirut’s urban fabric.

Toilet Layouts and Elevations: Designed efficient and visually appealing layouts for bathrooms, ensuring optimal space utilization.
Material Specifications: Selected premium materials to align with the client’s vision and enhance the overall design.
3D Visualizations: Produced realistic renderings to help the client visualize the final outcome and approve design decisions.
The Navi Mumbai International Airport is a significant infrastructure project currently under development in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, aimed at becoming a key aviation hub for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Upon completion, the airport will serve as the second airport for the region, complementing the existing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The airport is being constructed as a greenfield project by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) and is being developed in three phases.
