this is how the first floor formed. it conforms the grid that will make a folded facade. the 2nd floor has actually different form from the 1st floor, it intended to create folded form by crossing the node. roof

about this Retail provides many facilities to support student needs and activities, such as a place to hang-out, to study in group or along, to have a meeting, reunion, etc.

This building concept is Futuristic, as a symbol of technology advances. The main facade of the facade explains all of the futuristic means, it is taken from Digital Beijing Buidling, in Beijing, China. It is using ACP for the material.

this building is set to be a place to SkateBoard or BMX competition in the inside, but in the outside there is a paid SkatePark to Skaters practice Skateboarding or BMX, and there is a plaza that a avaliable to play SkateBoard too, but not as big as the paid one.

And this is a place to Skaters or BMX Community to gather, there is a SkateShop and Workshop too.

The concept of the building is futuristic, because one of futuristic characteristic is dynamical shape. Using the minimalist ornament and using the bright color tone, and the cyan as the accent.

BALAI DIKLAT PUPR WILAYAH III JAKARTA dormitory

Building Name : Balai Diklat PUPR Wilayah III Jakarta Dormitory Location : Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta Function : Dormitory for the Trainers

about

Dormitory of Balai Diklat PUPR Wilayah III Jakarta is one of the buildings that the association has. This building is used by the trainers to stay for couple days when they are doing the training at the main building of Balai Diklat.

And time after time, there were so many complaints about this building from the user, so, the association gave us the assignment to analyze this building, found the problems, and made the recommendation design to solve all of the problems of this dorm.

What we’ve found from our analysis that this building has 3 main problems: Utility (Plumbing), Space of the Bed Room, and the Natural Ventilation.

The recommendation design add some more ventilations in the building, especially in every bed room, the south-east side, and north-west side.

And change the bed room layout, by utilize the useless space of the existing building to make more space of the room, move the bathroom, and totally change the bed room windows.
