My role at Dedon is considered as field drafter and a project team lead coordinator. I distribute tasks, train, and create new ideas for effective and efficient output for different projects. I travel to different provinces in Canada on a weekly or monthly bases to conduct a full scope survey an at the end of every month a team and I review my work peers’ projects and provide feedbacks.

Ninth Line Community Center & Library – Semester 4

Intro:

The design criteria for this community center is to provide physical activities for the Eglinton community. It’s design should incorporate may different athletic feature such as park, off‐leash dog park, kid’s splash pad, basketball court, library and etc. With a simple key plan, the final output is shown below.

Retail & Office Building (Group D & E): Living Art Drive Mississauga

Intro:

This project was about designing a building which consists of retail spaces on the main floor and offices on the second floor. The building has been designed using the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Building Code (OBC) while having a positive impact on the environment.

Office Building (Group D): Living Art Drive Mississauga

Intro:

This is a six‐story building that consists of retail areas on the main floor and offices on the upper five floors. A basement and penthouse are included in this design. This building was designed to provide information based on how plumbing, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems are placed within a building.
