Young Worker Safety : Youthsafe A syllabus-aligned high school interactive classroom session provides practical strategies for optimising safety during the school to work transition.

Youthsafe offers engaging and interactive, classroom sessions (40-60 mins) to suit a range of ages. Our sessions are evidence-based opportunities for students to minimise risks in relation to using roads, partying with friends and transitioning to the world of work.

All sessions support the NSW PDHPE syllabus for primary and high school students as well as social

wellbeing strategies and the Life Ready syllabus for senior students.

A facilitated discussion to help students explore the concept of risk, how it impacts their everyday lives and what they can do about it. Designed for PDHPE Stages 3 and 4 to support the growing independence of young people as they explore new environments and take on increasing responsibility.

An interactive road safety session that explores the challenges teen drivers face, the responsibilities of being a passenger of a teen

driver and the impact distractions have on the task of driving.

The session is designed to support PDHPE Stages 4 to 6 and the Life Ready syllabus. It is ideal for prelearner and learner drivers and their passengers.
