What happens after the IAS mock interview? The Civil Service exam is commonly referred to as the IAS exam, there are three stages of this exam: preliminary, mains and interview. This exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. Civil Service exam interview is conducted at the Union Public Service Commission office in New Delhi. The Interview or the personality test is the final stage of the UPSC exam. Candidates should practice a lot of IAS mock interviews before the actual IAS interview. After clearing the prelims and mains, candidates are called for a personality test. This would be a crucial day for the candidates who are facing the UPSC board members for the first time. Candidates have to undergo a medical test process which is an essential process of the IAS exam. After the IAS interview candidates are supposed to appear for their medical test. The commission will allow each candidate’s date and hospital and they have to go to that hospital for their medical examination on that specified date. Medical tests are one of the most important aspects of the allocation of civil service. Medical examination should be completed timely.
