Initial Navigation: q Open a web browser - Google Chrome offers the richest support q Visit https://security.yoursix.com/admin q Enter username and password q Select “LOG IN AS ADMIN”

Business Portal Overview: q Select “Users” in the left-hand navigation • Each partner gets a dedicated (virtual) “service provider” bucket for segmenting customers.

• The business portal overview page shows key statistics about scale of the cloud environment.

Creating Primary “User” for the Customer: q Select “Add new user” • Each customer has a primary user that all devices and other users are nested under.

• Each primary “User” should be a 1:1 mapping for the legal business entity.

Configure Primary User: q Select your business name in the “Service provider” dropdown q Enter the name of your customer’s business in the “Username” field (this must be globally unique) q Enter the e-mail address for the primary customer contact who will oversee the account (Commonly IT Admin) in the “E-mail” field q Select the Primary Subscription the customer has purchase q Select “Create User”

User Creation Confirmation: q Select “Configure account” • The platform will confirm the creation of the new user.

Configuration – Select Site: q Select “Default” site • The platform auto-creates a Default site when you build the primary user.

q Populate the “MAC address” and “OAK” of the device q Every camera includes an OAK paper inside of the owner’s manual q Give the device a name and description and select “Add”

Configuration – Configure Device: q The device will swirl as the platform configures the new device and then will turn red once the system is ready for “one-click” q On the physical camera, press and hold the ”control button” for 3 seconds until the light flashes and then release q The device icon will turn from red to grey once the device has successfully connected to the platform q Select the device to enter device configuration

Configuration – Device Overview: q Select “Action rules” • The newly added device will show vital statistics around the newly added camera.

Configuration – Action Rule: q Click on “Add action rules”

q Select “Application” for trigger type and choose the application q Select the appropriate “Event” trigger for your use case (basic setups should choose Profile 1) q Choose the appropriate “Schedule” for your event – Select “Always” IF you want motion to trigger recording 24/7 q Check “While rule is active” q Choose the recording target “Location” and “Quality”

Configuration – Action Rule: q Ensure your device shows appropriate number of separate rules for where to record • A camera recording internally (SD Card) and to the cloud will have two rules.

Configuration – Manage Sites: q Continuing under the Configuration tab, select “Site” q Select the “Pencil” to edit the name of the Default Site q Select the “Back Arrow” to go back to the site management list

Advanced Settings – Change Site: q Select the desired site from the “Site dropdown box” • Two sites, Unassigned devices and Default, are automatically created by the platform: • Unassigned devices: This site is created by default. If a device when added to the user are not also added to a site, the device will be placed in Unassigned device. The site is not considered a “real” site; it is not possible to configure any device(s) belonging to this site.

• Default: This site is created by default. All devices added through UI (User Interface) will be placed in Default if no other site is chosen.

• In this example there are the following sites: • Unassigned devices – automatically created • Default – automatically created • My first site – admin user created • My second site – admin user created

Advanced Settings – Add a Guest: q Confirm the “Site” is the desired site q Select “Add new guest”

q Complete the “Add new guest” form and ensure the password is at least 10 characters long q Click ”Apply” and the guest will be created

Advanced Settings – View and Edit Guest Permissions: q Confirm the “Site” is the desired site q Select “Edit rule” • When a guest is created, the guest is given standard system permissions. The system permissions specify what the guest can do on an account level.

Recommendation: Do not use the weekdays or timeslots for permission, this can lead to odd behavior for a guest when the guest is out of the valid days or times.

Advanced Settings – Share a Device with the Guest: q Confirm the “Site” is the desired site q Select “Share” • When a guest is created, the guest is given standard system permissions. The system permissions specify what the guest can do on an account level.

Surveillance – How to complete an Audio Talk Down q Select “Surveillance” from the navigation bar to see live view of the device that has been paired with the speaker q Select the “Microphone” in the lower right corner – hold down the button on the computer mouse until the “Microphone” turns blue q When the “Microphone” is blue - talk into the computer microphone to utilize the Audio Talk Down feature

• It is possible to add more “Actions” in reference to when a user presses the button on the Door Station. For example, an action for the device to start recording.

Surveillance – Create a Stream Profile with Audio q Under “Create stream profile” – input a name for the stream profile in “Name/Optimized for” q We recommend naming the stream profile in a way that explains the intention - for this example: “Cloud recording + audio” q Select the “Resolution” q Select the ”Framerate” q Enable “Audio” q Click on “Create”

q The stream profile will no be visible under ” Manage stream profiles”
