A farewell to seniors
Eyes to the skies
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties organization is committed to its many students who participate in its programs over the years. Many students join at an early age and grow up with the organization from elementary school until they graduate. Still, everything has an end, and the senior students with the club had theirs on June 9. The club bid farewell to more than 90 departing students with a Senior Celebration event at the Lee Wetherington Club. The club also awarded various scholarships to 17 seniors who went above and beyond in their academic work.
