Artist collective SARTQ makes a comeback INSIDE
All Faiths Food Bank hosted a Cooking Matters class that offered parents hands-on culinary instruction. The Cooking Matters classes were held at Alta Vista Elementary for parents of children attending the Eagle Academy summer program. Over six weeks, the classes equipped parents with the necessary skills they need to shop, cook and eat with nutrition and budget in mind.

John Wallace, 71, has retired from running several times, but he’s never been able to give up the sport for good. Wallace has run more than 75,000 miles in 376 marathons. He holds the world record for running a marathon in 125 countries. On Aug. 10, he self-published a book on his experience called “Global Runner,” available on Amazon for $15. “Each time I run another race, I just increase my world record, but I have a lot of guys chasing me,” Wallace said.
