Gullett hires G-man Todd Richardson (above) became B.D. Gullett Elementary School’s new principal July 31, taking over for Shirin Gibson, who transferred to director of research and assessment at the district’s Professional Support Center. After serving as H. S. Moody Elementary School’s principal for the past seven years, Richardson said he was excited about becoming a Gator (the school’s mascot). “I have been a Gators fan for my whole life,” Richardson said. “But I never went to the University of Florida. So now I get to be a Gator, and I don’t even have to pay tuition.”
