After an award-winning career as an NBA referee, Bob Delaney is receiving a new kind of kudos. GoComics, an online comic strip site, gave him a nod in its Tracy’s Crimestopper Hall of Fame section of the Dick Tracy comic. Delaney’s work infiltrating a mob in New Jersey won him the spot. “You can’t make this stuff up,” Delaney said.
