Even horses have dreams. Ice Ice Baby’s dream is to run in the Kentucky Derby, or so says the polo horse’s owner, Jaymie Klauber, who also owns Polo Grill & Bar. She’s using Ice Ice Baby to promote her annual Kentucky Derby Bash May 7.
