will see visiting engines Britannia and Bittern running along the 24 mile stretch of line from Pickering to Whitby calling at all stations in between. Sir Nigel Gresley, the fastest recorded steam engine on the mail line after World War II will be making a comeback after 12 months off the rails, as well as engine 75029 which will be making its first gala debut after a two year overhaul. Demonstration goods trains will also be running as well as a Pie and Peas Pullman on 7th May.
