As one of three additions to Hyundai Asan Medical Center campus, the new 57-bed Acute Respiratory Infections Treatment Center is constructed on top of the renovated existing basement and features the fritted glass façade, which is designed to reflect the greenery of the central park, and a negative pressure system.

Located on the harbor front, Marina City seeks to create a new destination on the harbor front by introducing an indoor and outdoor retail space with a landscaped roof forming a linear elevated park. On the ground level, the promenade along the harbor connects the retail space, a rooftop observatory, Marina yacht club with a yacht showroom, an immigration office, and a 17-story hotel.
