those affected. You have read reports, watched videos of rescues, and viewed photographs of the devastation. Perhaps you or someone you love has been affected and knows firsthand the experiences we watch from afar. All of us at Young Living extend our sympathy and love. Please know that our prayers are with you. The record-breaking rainfall, deadly winds, earthquakes, fatalities, and damage to homes and businesses are overwhelming; so, too, has been the response from people like you. I feel privileged to have our Young Living Foundation take care of members wherever disaster strikes. We not only want to help our members, but we look to help non-members as well. I am proud of the disaster response work we have done across the world and am deeply impressed by those who have stepped up to help with these huge efforts. If you have been on the receiving end, know that we feel honored to help wherever we can. If we have learned anything from these tragedies, it’s that these cities, towns, and communities will need help in the coming months and years. People will have to mourn, rebuild, throw away treasures, find new transportation, and navigate changes in their lives. With our work through the Foundation, we are attempting to make

devastating wildfires struck British Columbia, Canadian members rallied to provide relief through relief kits, volunteer hours, member donations, and support from The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation. Donations of NingXia Zyng™ and Thieves® Cough Drops were also given to firefighters. The market also held an Earth Day-inspired initiative that challenged members to take small steps toward big change for themselves, their families, their businesses, and the planet by replacing traditional household products with naturally derived alternatives. In the coming year, Young Living Canada will remain focused on members first; and because of its incredible members and leadership team, the market will continue to break records and reach new heights.
THEWhatYOUNG LIVING DIFFERENCE makes Young Living so unique? From D. Gary Young’s first home-built distillery to having 16 corporate-owned and partner farms, nearly 600 individual products, more than 3,000 employees, and over $1 billion in annual revenue, you could say a lot has changed over the years. But one thing has not changed, and that is the Young Living difference. What makes Young Living so unique?
Dedication in every drop Our mission is to bring pure essential oils into every home in the world! Seed to Seal® is our commitment to provide our members with the quality products that they deserve, by focusing on three pillars: Sourcing, Science, and Standards.

We truly believe in making a difference in the world. One hundred percent of donations to The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation go toward helping people throughout the globe, as well as aiding in disaster relief. In September alone, the Foundation came to the aid of over 40,000 Young Living members in the southern United States whose lives were impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, as well as to members in Mexico affected by recent earthquakes.
Empowering members We want our members to feel empowered to share the products they love while fulfilling their entrepreneurial dreams! Our compensation plan empowers members to build their own future with the income they earn from sharing Young Living products. So, what is the Young Living difference? Whether it’s providing our members with authentic essential oils, offering aid, or empowering members to build their businesses, each aspect of Young Living operations is inspired by our quality promise of Seed to Seal.
