١٠١ ٢٠٢١ ‫ دﯾﺴﻤﺒﺮ ﺳﻨﺔ‬١٨ ‫ ﻣﻜﺮر )ج( ﻓﻰ‬٥٠ ‫اﻟﺠﺮﯾﺪة اﻟﺮﺳﻤﯿﺔ – اﻟﻌﺪد‬ (b) Production Sharing: (1) Effective January 1st, 2021 the remaining sixty percent (60%) of all Crude Oil produced and saved from the Area and not used in Petroleum operations shall be divided between EGPC and CONTRACTOR based on Brent value and according to the following shares: Such shares shall be taken and disposed of pursuant to Article VII (e).

EGPC’s Share 65% 70%

CONTRACTOR’s Share 35% 30%

Within fifteen (15) days from the Effective Date, CONTRACTOR shall

submit to EGPC an entitlement statement for the production sharing from

January 1st, 2021 and until the Effective Date, to include the modification of CONTRACTOR’s Share in accordance with CONTRACTOR’s Share

in the above table, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the

reconciliation statement, EGPC shall pay to CONTRACTOR such

difference in accordance with a mechanism to be agreed upon between

EGPC and CONTRACTOR.

(2) For the Avoidance of doubt, it is understood that LPG and

Condensate extracted from Gas in the “Original Development Area” or “New Exploration Area”, belongs to EGPC, and not subject to any sharing mechanism between EGPC and Valuation of Crude Oil:

(i) The Cost Recovery Crude Oil and Crude Oil under Article VII

(b) to which CONTRACTOR is entitled hereunder shall be valued by EGPC and CONTRACTOR at "Market Price" for each calendar quarter.
