As President of York Technical College, I have been fortunate enough to see the impact of our Workforce and Economic Development (WED) department firsthand. As we’ve watched our region grow, WED has played a significant role in the growth and prosperity of York, Lancaster, and Chester Counties. Since 1964, York Technical College has been dedicated to transforming lives and elevating our communities through excellence in student success. Our WED department is a key driver of this mission.
Our WED programs cover a wide range of fields, from manufacturing to health and safety. With guidance from experienced instructors, we offer practical, hands-on experiences that build confidence and expertise.
