I am an illustrator and graphic designer based in the beautiful city of A Coruña, Galicia. My passion for art has driven me as a student, with 10 years of official training in this field, adding knowledge year after year. Although I finished my illustration studies I started my professional career as a concept artist in the industry, I have to say, and even at the risk of sounding cliché, that my fascination for video games goes back to my 4 years, when I received my first console. Since then it has been non-stop.
Currently I am continuing my studies as a graphic designer, specializing in UI and UX design and with my first book on this subject on the way, so exciting!
That is why I am constantly looking for new professional challenges that help me to enrich my knowledge and experience in the sector and, of course, to project myself personally. This restlessness and eagerness to learn has allowed me to experiment with different graphic styles, reaching the point of developing an ability to adapt that has allowed me to participate in all kinds of projects.
“A creative in constant movement, always learning.”

Both the previous sketches and the color work are done with Adobe Photoshop.
Personal project of character design inspired by mythological creatures or monsters of the collective imagination for a board game. They are represented with a reduced size, looking for a cartoonish aesthetic and a casual and fun tone.
A huge black dog from Galician mythology, it is a sign of bad omen and death. Because it emerges from the sea, the character is designed emanating tar from its interior, reinforcing the idea of death and pollution.
The design corresponds to the character of a moure seer. Her race is characterized by gray skin, bronze-colored hair and the use of gold for both their clothing and their architecture, as well as for maintaining a strong link with magic.
Sample of weapons designed following a primitive aesthetic for a specific race of the game that dwells in caves and caverns.
Stones, bones, sinews and skins make up all the elements related to this particular faction.
The scenarios related to the moures race had to maintain a very different aesthetic from the rest.
Using cold chromatic palettes, golden tones and adding sinuous and organic shapes, as well as elements related to astronomy, a mystical and refined atmosphere is achieved.
As an university final project I decided to experiment on UI/UX design, choosing the video game “Shining in the Darkness” (released in 1991 for the Sega Mega Drive) and making a redesign of all graphical aspects, as well as an adaptation of the game to the cell phone platform.
