Guests will have the experience to stay in with the ability to have recording studios and a lounge for private hosting’s. The overall tone of the villa will follow by eclectic, modern luxury, and a pop of color.

5-Star Villa Hotel Experience includes a lifestyle organized by private Hotel Manager and his expert team of hand-picked and uniformed staff whom they train in-house to pamper your guests.

C U R I O C O L L E C T I O N H OT E L - C A P E T O W N , SOUTH AFRICA Years : 2018 Curio Hotel from the Hilton Collection stimulates the composition of South Africa. Including the original painting of James Abbott McNeil. His abstractive paintings will result in depicting of the atmosphere which includes the bay and boats that surround the Curio Hotel. The overall attention in the hotel conclude to mid century modern and renaissance architectural elements. The space planning will include inspirations from the Tesla logo.

Pastel colors and natural stones will firmly collaborate with the given design.

This Curio Collection Hotel focused very strongly on the clients personal life. The renaissance architecture reflected on his british background, the brass poles and architectural sculpture in the lobby depicts the clients owned car design, Telsa.

DESCRIPTION To design a commercial building that businesses in the design district can benefit from.

The offices will be managing a fast moving logistics company that brings in home design goods from international countries. The overall design of the building will have a minimalist and modern design that cooperates with the design district aesthetics. In addition, the building will also have environmental design such as sunlight and living plants.

EARVI J BOUTIQUE Years : 2019

DESCRIPTION To design a boutique that will distinguish itself from the typical boutique. Implementing geometrical, and feather-layered architectural elements that are reproduced by the Givenchy Gown.

The colors in the design of the retail space will be contrasted and carried through the space in dried flower pastel colors to give the space a feminine vibrant feel. Materials such as velvet fabric and reflecting wall panels are implemented to allow the woman to feel sensual and beautiful as they try on their gowns and makeup.

THE TORRES’S RESIDENCE Years : 2015

The concept is to reconstruct the layout of the home resulting in a more exceeding approach for the client. Including most of his inspirations, such as, design principles from the Sarasota School of Architecture that will firmly collaborate with the given design such as geometric shapes and natural sunlight. Supply the home with very immaculate spaces, openness and visual stimulation. Sitting spaces that coherently compacts the interior and exterior of the home by pulling you from one room to the next smoothly. The overall design of The Torres’s Residence will convey its true feeling by incorporating mid-century
