Beginner Fitness Sampler

This beginner yoga series is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga or would like to create a solid foundation deepening their yoga practice. In this series, you will be introduced to the core yoga poses that make up a flow class. Each week we will breakdown a series of yoga poses focusing on breath, safe sequencing, alignment and gain confidence to take any yoga flow class.

Have you ever wanted to use our equipment but don’t know how? Do you want to try a class but feel intimidated? Don’t! This class will show you how to use each piece of equipment we have as well as give you a “demo” of many of our group exercise offerings. Different instructors will pass their expertise knowledge to you! This class is designed to introduce you to everything we have to offer!

Enhance Fitness is geared toward older adults of all fitness levels. If you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, you may be able to gain more strength and independence. You will feel energized - physically, mentally and socially - and be surrounded by people who care about your success. You can choose which day to come to class or come to all three to receive the most benefit.

This small group training is geared towards active older adults looking to stay healthy and improve their fitness. A certified personal trainer will guide a small group of participants through a safe and effective workout focusing on mobility, stability, and cardiorespitory health.

Better Balance Training 60 Minutes | M: $56 N: $138

Frank is a Personal Trainer who specializes in working with seniors and those with balance and coordination difficulties. In this progressive program, you will work through various exercises to give you more strength, stability, and mobility on your feet with the goal of fall prevention.
